Now once you are at your bug out location or a safe area, what are you going to use to defend yourself or hunt for food?
Personally I go with the 2 is 1, 1 is none policy so (once I get enough money)
2 handguns
2 rifles (1 being an AR -15 )
2 shotguns
2 bows/crossbows
4 muzzle loader guns (when you run out of cartridges)
2 swords/long knife (when you run out of black powder)

Each member of the family has a fixed blade knife, a rifle, a shotgun, and a handgun. Trying to get them into bows right now (preferably recurve - less necessary parts and upkeep).
