Time for my 2nd Recipe Of The Month. After a plethora of cookies last month I thought it'd be nice to take a bit of a break -- here's my do-it-yourself Stir Fry Broccoli Beef/!!!
Easier to make than you might have thought, more tasty than what you'll order in most restaurants, you get a chance to use a wok, and if you're like me you'll feel good about making it yourself.

Properly known as AVGOLÉMONO SOUP -- more or less you want to say that as Ah-vo-LEMEN-o, but most people just say YUM!
I can't get enough of this, and I believe if you make it you're going to have the same problem ;)
