The Fantasy Readers' Guild discussion

Let's start listing our book recommendations for January 2020! When we get closer to January, I will create a poll with all of our recommended books, and we will decide our next one based on votes!

So far, based on DMs, I will add the following to a poll in a few weeks:

- The Fellowship of the Ring
- The Name of the Wind
- The Lies of Locke Lamora
- Six of Crows
- Ready Player One

Book I haven’t read but would be down to would be ready player one

Just read the synopsis. Seems interesting! Would definitely like to read it. I’ll add it to our list.

Just FYI: I later realized Ready Player One is more of a Sci-Fi, which doesn't fit the fantasy aesthetic I was going for! :P Could we maybe read this one offline and discuss together? It sounds interesting enough.

I will go ahead and remove Ready Player One from the poll. Let me know which book to put in its place.

We have chosen The Name of the Wind for our January reading material!

I will create a poll soon for the February book.

For next month I recommend the wise mans fear (next book in the series of the name of the wind) or the ninth house.
