Writers in Residence discussion

Hi guys! So I saw this thing on Pinterest that sounded so pretty and so fun! I figured I'd put it on here in case anyone wanted to give it a try.

There isn't any strict rules on how this goes, but I'll show you a couple sentences that other people did to give you an idea:

"Your breaths are filled with the warmth of fire. Hold your hands out to those in need and find the words that you never had the courage to say. Am I dreaming?"

"Your cries are filled with the innocence of spring. Show them your hands and let them watch as the purest of flowers bloom from your fingertips. Am I dreaming?"

"Your words are filled with the wisdom of experience. Give them out to the world and see how they help those in need. Am I dreaming?"

"your eyes are filled with the magic of stardust. you reach out and find things you never thought were possible. am I dreaming?"


See?? So it's just different variations that are unique to you, you can really do whatever you would like with it. It's just a couple sentences, very simple, but I still found it fun to do:)

Here is one that I did:

"your sighs are filled with the wistfulness of the wind. Wishing to stay, but forever roaming, you reminisce the memories of all the places you've been and wonders you've seen. bright fairy lights and deep dark nights, mountains towering and waves crashing, leaves and love and laughter spinning endlessly in the wind.
am i dreaming?"

This one came out a little darker than I wanted it to, but I still like it.

Your colors mix into a blur. Red, white, blue, and more. A darkness clouds the life you rest in. Black, dark, colored blur. A picture from a simple task. Humming of a great reward. Beautiful. Loved.
