Here will be a list of Positions in Glaciem Luna Pack to take up. Positions marked with ◘ are taken and no more are able to be applied for. Positions marked with * are open positions with only one available opening. Positions marked with • are open to be applied for with multiple openings.
Listed Below You Will Find The Pack Hierarchy Information:

When a rank holder has stepped down willingly to allow someone to replace them they are neither deranked or given new rank. To willingly step down from a position is considered self sacrifice. The only rank holders to ever do this without fuss and commit the ancient rite of Respectful Death is known as the Salutary. All other positions have been fought for through the ages given no one is ever willing to step down and commit suicide to give up their power.

Hierarchy

ALPHAS

Alpha Wolves do not have to be mated with one another. The position of Alpha can be earned or taken. Any position below an Alpha has the right to challenge an Alpha for their position in a deathmatch or a subdue match. If an Alpha lives a full reign of however long they choose without being taken from their position then they can choose who replaces them, normally the Beta or their offspring who must still challenge the Alpha at the Alpha's request. Dominate over all of the pack, the Alpha is the leader of the pack. The Alpha makes important decisions regarding the pack in order to further their agenda and well-being. Always looking out for what's best, the Alpha has the final say in all matters regarding their members. The Alpha decides on ranking, courting, assessments, banishments, and can call a hunt or meetings. They make the laws and decisions for the pack. Pack members may not disobey the Alpha.

*Alpha Male/ The Alpha: (view spoiler)[ The Alpha Male runs the town. Whether or not he has a position of power within the town whomever does hold town power must answer to the Alpha. (hide spoiler)]

*Alpha Female/The Alphaess: (view spoiler)[ The Alpha Female never seems like much from the outside, but like a mafia she is the mother who runs the place and keeps her kids in line. Where the Alpha Male has final say the Alpha Female is pretty damn powerful and she is one you want to mess with. (hide spoiler)]

BETAS

Second in command/Alpha's right hand. They assist the Alpha(s) in many ways by helping choose ranks for wolves, discussing important matters and issues, or leading the pack when the Alphas are unable to for any reason. When one of the Alphas die, one of the Betas will take his/her place. Wolves below this rank submit to this wolf. The second ranking werewolf in the pack. They reinforce the Alpha’s decisions and represent the utmost commitment and loyalty to the pack - often disciplining pack members if they step out of line. They answer to no one except for the Alpha. Where Alpha's lead Beta's follow lead. The Beta is known to settle minor arguments when an Alpha is not present. Where Alpha's act like presidents or the Monarchy the Beta's act as judges and law enforcement to the pack. They never overstep the boundaries of their Alpha's as their job is to enforce the laws that Alpha's make. When a Beta neglects their duties the Alpha's will choose a new one to take the Beta's position. Beta's are seen as dangerous opponents with deadly skills that can only be taken over by the might of an Alpha. To show a Beta disrespect it is seen as a crime as if one were to show an ALpha disrespect and Beta's hold every right to take the positions and ranks of other pack member's form them.

*Beta Male/ The Beta: (view spoiler)[The second ranking male werewolf in the pack, seen as outranking their female counterpart, Executrix. They reinforce the Alpha's decisions and represent the utmost commitment and loyalty to the pack - often disciplining pack members if they step out of line. They answer to no one except for the Alpha and/or Luna. A position of power that is normally given to either the male offspring of an Alpha or has been granted by the Alpha's choosing. This is something earned never fought for unless it is deemed worthy a deathmatch by both Alpha's. (hide spoiler)]

*Beta Female/Executrix: (view spoiler)[Often referred to as Trix for short, this rank is the female equivalent to the Male Beta; though they are not equal as the Beta outranks the Trix. The second, if the pack has an Alphaess, ranking female werewolf in the pack. They reinforce the Alphaess's decisions and represent the utmost commitment and loyalty to the pack - often disciplining pack members if they step out of line. They answer to no one except for the Alpha and/or Alphaess. A position of power that is normally given to either the female offspring of an Alpha or has been granted by the Alpha's choosing. this is something earned never fought for unless it is deemed worthy a deathmatch by both Alpha's. DELTAS

This is the wolf in training to be a Beta and/or Alpha. If an Alpha dies and a Beta becomes Alpha, the Delta takes the Beta's place. All ranks below this wolf must submit to them. Delta's can be anything from chosen wolves by the Alpha's or offspring of the Alpha's/Beta's. Where Beta's are like the judges and sheriffs think Delta's as the deputies in training of enforcement not having much authority but to follow orders, but always having a voice in important decisions.

SALUTARY WOLF

The herbal wolf. He/She heals and takes care of the ill and injured. No magic or powers, just herbs and special medicines from resources.

*Salutary Male/Female: (view spoiler)[ Acting as a healer of the pack or a medical professional. All the Healers of the pack answer to them. they run the place and are never challenged given they have no reason to be. they pick a single Healer from the pack to replace them when they willing step down from their position to partake of the Ancient Rite of Respectful Death. These Healers are the most powerful and most knowledgeable healers known seeming to be able to handle more diseases and ailments than any mortal doctor or scientist could ever imagine cures for. SENTINELS

Patrol and messenger. This wolf is free to wonder out of pack territory to the other packs and get a sneak of what their next plans are. They also guard the territory. Sentinels ensure the pack is safe by patrolling their territory and watching for movements in their surroundings for any intruders. Sentinels also serve as a sort of pack police - keeping pack members in line for the Alpha.


*Lead Sentinel: The leader of the Sentinels having little power beyond his own rank. He trains the new recruits the Alpha or Alphaess position in this rank.

GUARDIANS

A Guardian is a female equivalent to the male Sentinels. Guardians ensure the pack is safe by patrolling their territory and watching for movements in their surroundings for any intruders. Guardians also serve as a sort of pack police - keeping pack members in line for the Alpha.

*Lead Guardian: The leader of the Guardians having hierarchy and command over the other, lesser Guardians. She trains the new recruits the Alpha or Alphaess position in this rank.

HUNTERS

Hunters provide a food source for the pack. They are exceptional at tracking and hunting down prey. Typically specializing in one or the other - some werewolves go in for the kill, while the others track.

*Lead Hunter: A lead hunter coordinates ambushes and other strategical plots. They train the new recruits.

HEALERS

The werewolves that have skill or interest in healing and caring for the rest of the pack. They have an innate ability for healing and help to heal severe and/or deadly wounds. They look after older, injured, or ill werewolves.

*Lead Healer: Apart from the Alpha's the Lead Healer is selected by the Salutary Wolf. They are in charge of keeping the other Healers in line and ensuring they do things properly for when one of them is chosen by the Salutary Wolf.

These Wolves are the main fighters for the pack. They can also be known as the General. He/She also would be the one who is asked to assassinate on spare time. When this wolf isn't fighting, he/she is training. They silence the curious mortals and report only to the Alpha's unless persuaded otherwise.

SCOUTS

Scouts are sent to opposing packs to help inform the Alpha if neighboring packs are hostile or friendly. They are also sent ahead when the pack is on the move to scope out areas and can assist in hunts if needed. Scouts do not have a leader so much as they are work as a single until. They have more free roam in the territories than anyone else.

OMEGAS

The weakest of the pack, the omega is the werewolves that has been lowered in the rank due to wrongful actions that have hindered the pack as a whole, or by not being considered strong enough to earn a position within the pack.
This is the wolf that all of the others use to take their stress out on. When a wolf is bored or upset, they will most likely trample and gnaw and/or bully on this wolf to get their adrenaline/stress/anger out. This wolf is usually placed because they are the most excluded, or they did something wrong.

She shrugged. "Guess you could call it aspiring. I call it fun!" She said with a grin. Being an auror was something she'd been thinking about since she was a little first year. The idea of it had just seemed appealing and as she got older it just got more appealing. And well if she didn't make it as an auror a curse breaker seemed like an amazing second option. Not that she wouldn't try her hardest to become an auror. She absolutely would. It was her dream and she didn't plan on giving it up easily.

"I'd never be able to work with plants. Herobology isn't exactly my favorite subject." She stated. "Then again that would be because I swear to you the plants in herobology are always trying to kill me!" She said sounded affronted.

"Because its not the theory I liked about the classes its the actual doing that gets me motivated. The actual casting of the spells and things that I like doing. Theory is great and all but knowing how to actually do the theory is what really matters." She answered, "that and I don't really need to study my favorite classes just seem to come to me naturally anyways." She said with a small shrug glad she wasn't forced to really study all the time.

She frowned at her next comment about this Shane guy. "Well that's rather rude. You don't go to a ball with someone and leave with someone else!" She stated firmly. "UGH MEN!" She said throwing herself back on the ground with a huff closing her eyes briefly before turning her attention back to her new found friend.

"No you may not care that I wake you up at some ungodly hour, but something tells me your house mates won't appreciate it." She told her with a mischievous grin. She said house mates instead of dorm mates because Lily knew she'd end up waking up the whole house not just the people El roomed with. She liked to make an entrance. The best ones were always the loudest because they were the most memorable. That and she had the most fun planning and executing said planning.

"Yeah well them "sucking it up" as you say isn't exactly the easiest thing in the world. Its just one of the many things that is easier said than done." Well that and she thought to herself most people were selfish stuck up snobs who wouldn't no their backside from their best friends face. Either that or they were just plain prejudice.

"Because its easier to associate me with my other relatives simply because Sirius is only one of the many relatives I had that wasn't an evil bastard with world domination in mind." Well that wasn't entirely true. Sirius wasn't the only relative past or present that wasn't and evil bastard,he was just the only one she was named after.

She waved away her apology. "No don't be sorry. Its true and honestly your a lot nicer to my family than I am considering as far as I'm concerned most of them can go to hell for all I care." She stated firmly her light blue eyes hardening like ice at the thought of her family and how they treated not just her, but well everyone that wasn't a pureblood. The only family members she had ever cared about were her siblings and any cousins she was either a) still close to or b) use to be close to, because even if they weren't anymore she still cared about them. The fact that she may not be as close to them anymore didn't matter. They were still family that cared about her just as much as she cares for them. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[Elvira slunk onto the shore, and scanned the arena with eyes of a cat. She coughed up some of the water-it tasted gross. From some of the tributes that she saw, she was the only one wearing white. Luminescent white too. Elvira saw Mara swimming towards Alexa and Ev. She had thought Alexa and Ev were allies! Or was that Ivory...? Elvira was so confused with all of the tribute alliances.

She ran off herself, into the wild woods. It was green and like a jungle. All the weapons were gone, she already knew that from Mara's cussing. Elvira ran up and into a tall tree-a coconut tree-and surveyed the arena. It was huge compared to what she was expecting.
