Appearance:
Before pushed underground:
They had huge glass wings. They were many colors of ShatterWings. Usually named based off of their color. They had strong talons and a strong body build. Usually worked in mines. Quite healthy and normally happy. They loved what they did. Most ShatterWings wore a necklace with a gem of their choice. It showed the world that they were proud ShatterWings. Nothing meant more to a ShatterWing than pride and kindness.
Today:
They have tiny wings like shattered glass, they can't really fly anymore. And some don't even have wings. they have horns and sharp claws that can dig through almost anything, very strong and powerful. Usually ShatterWings are a mix of grey and brown colors.
Abilities:
Very strong normally, can go days without food, since it’s normally very scarce. Strong talons to dig through the earth. They can sense jewels and precious metals in the earth. Making it easy for them to find them. Some dragons are able to do this easier than others. It may be stronger or weaker. Sometimes, if a dragon is hatched from an egg that touched one of the ancient jewels, they would be given special wings covered in amazing designs. (Mosaics) They would also have special rock ish breathing powers. This is very rare, and not very common. Sometimes, there are bits of the jewels in the air that touches the egg. But mostly, this magic has gone away.
Queen:
The last known Queen in the Legends was Queen Legacinia. Legacinia was a common jewel they would mine. But now, they have a king. Most of their tribe is male. For the last few 60 ish years, the tribe has been dying from a disease that they can’t find a cure for. Most of the females have been kept away and busy with laying eggs. Females can start laying eggs at the age of six. They need all the females doing that, or their tribe would die out. Since they don’t have time to be Queen, they elected King Salka. Another jewel they used to mine. They don’t know the current jewels. So, they name most of the newly hatched dragonet after the jewels they used to mine. Or, the things around them.There are usually around four to six dragons with the same name.
History:
(Some above)They lived on an island filled with jewels. They mainly provided it all to the other tribes. They were very peaceful and kind. They didn’t have strong troops, they never expected to go to war. The island they lived on, started to get smaller and smaller after the years. But, eventually the island sunk away. They blamed it on the SeaWings, since they had control of water. The SeaWings were offended and declared war on ShatterWings the other tribes took forces with the SeaWings. Because, they were more powerful. The ShatterWings didn’t want war so they hid under Pyrhhia and evolved from there. This happened thousands years ago. Dragons back then weren’t able to write things down, and the stories past down went away. So nobody really knows about them. They are just a tiny legend. But actually real.
Once underground they started to create tunnels and caves. They continued to live their life the best they could. They found a species called Golths, they lived underground too. They became their main food source, other than moss, Lichen, and certain geodes that are edible. They were forced to live without sunlight for thousands of years. Many of their kind had forgotten the colors of the world. They used to have scales of many colors, but after a time, they evolved to be the colors of the world around them, which was mostly grey and brown.
About their island:
Filled with trees and everything you would normally find in a forest. They lived above and around the mountain they mined in. It was a peaceful community that was safe. Their last recent Queen was Queen Legacinia. She was known as fair, kind, and an overall good leader. Some of the jewels they mined were Legacinia, Salka, Jalepz, Overg, Garnal, Kanlet, Karnidie, Liplez, Irnet, and many more. But, these jewels were only found on their island. So are now gone, except for the few on Pyrrha
Living: Under Pyrrhia for the last 3,000 some years. No dragon know exactly how long.

Appearance: A mix of grey and brown. Big strong talons and build. Has tiny glass ish wings.
Tribe: ShatterWing
Abilities: Very strong normally, can go days without food, since it’s normally very scarce. Strong talons to dig through the earth. They can sense jewels and precious metals in the earth. She is really strong at that.
Personality: Quite, a bit depressed, in pain sometimes, but is proud to be a ShatterWing. Wishes she could explore the outside world. Wants to rebel against her tribe, but doesn’t have the heart to do it.
History: Was hatched into the ShatterWing tribe. The second they found out she was female, she was brought to a room with four other female dragonets. 3 of them died before the age of 6. Ever since she was 6, she started having her own eggs with random males, some of them were her own sons. So far, she has had 57 eggs. She has had so many because females are getting rarer and rarer. Out of the 57 eggs she had laid, only 5 were female. 3 of her daughters died from the disease, and most of her sons died from the disease as well. Currently she has 9 sons alive and 1 alive daughter, who is also currently having eggs as well. She must be kept constantly safe, they can’t afford to lose a female dragon of age to have eggs. She must be away from harm, so she is kept in a cave alone, with only a male coming in sometimes to have eggs with her and a male coming to feed her. Sometimes her son, Salka sneaks in to be with her. She is alone, so if any dragons are sick, it doesn’t spread to her. There is a huge rock door that blocks her off from everyone else. The other female dragons of age live the same. (Only around 12, including her daughter.) She is often sad and in pain, but she knows she had to suffer for her tribe.

Appearance: a tiny ShatterWing, but he is still very strong. Very fast. More of a grey color.
Tribe: ShatterWing
Abilities: Very strong normally, can go days without food, since it’s normally very scarce. Strong talons to dig through the earth. They can sense jewels and precious metals in the earth. He is really strong at that.
Personality: Loud, wants adventure, caring, kind. Cares so much for his mother.
History: Hatched in the egg room. Nobody ever seemed to care for him. When he was 1 yeat old, he was assigned to be on food duty. He has to scavenge the earth for food. He often visits his mother, to give her company and extra food, even though it is forbidden. He also often explores the ground. He has his own secret cave, away from everyone else but close to his Mom. He is going to be the one to find the Winglet.

Backstory: she was hatched into the Shatterwing tribe and taught that the ways they live are right and reasonable. She believes that everything that her tribe does is to help her and her tribe mates, she's very happy with the fact that her life is planned out for her and would want nothing else
