What are some of your favourite wintery books? I loved "Winter Garden" by Kirsten Hannah, "The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe" by C.S. Lewis, or "Dead Cold" by Louise Penny. What book are you planning on using?

Heather Addai (heatheraddai) | 34 comments I love the covers of winter type books. I’m reading Two Tickets to the Christmas Ball by Donita K. Paul for this.

Carol (cquan01) | 590 comments Prompt 4-set in winter-I just finished Peace Is A River. Although it has some great reviews, I found it to be very slow.

Penelope | 29 comments Lucy Foley, the Hunting Party. A murder mystery set in the Scottish highlands, at New Year, with a group of not very likeable people, trapped in a snow storm. The author keeps her chapters short and to the point and the story is told from several points of view. Good escapism.
