What's a book that's left you thinking? What are you "thinking" for this category?

Checking off my first category while I ponder this book.

Tamsin (tamsinl) | 2 comments I read Better Than Before: Mastering the Habits of our Everyday Lives by Gretchen Rubin for the prompt of “Leaves you Thinking”. I thought that it would leave me considering my own habits, how to improve them etc. and that I would consider the self-help aspects of the books for a while. There are some components that left me thinking but overall it hasn’t stayed with me as long as I expected (and it’s only been a week!).

Serendipity | 13 comments The Affairs of the Falcóns left me thinking about the realities of being an undocumented migrant.

Tara (taralmo) The Starless Sea by Erin Morgenstern finished on January 2nd. It left me thinking, 'what did I just read?' and not in a good way. LOVED The Night Circus, and had been waiting for her to write a new book for years. The characters were great, the writing was beautiful, but it really left me disappointed.

Amy Neil | 11 comments I just finished 101 Ways to Go Zero Waste by Kathryn Kellogg. It gave me great ideas and now I’m looking for more ways I can cut things out. So... it made me think!
