Fatty Legs by Margaret Poliak Fenton and Christy Jordan-Fenton. Anyone looking for a book with illustrations or Indigenous authors could use this too.
For my Novel challenge: Doctor Who: 12 Doctors 12 Stories by Eoin Colfer, Holly Black, Neil Gaiman etc. (4 Stars)
For my Picture Book challenge: The Bug Girl: A True Story by Sophia Spencer and Margaret McNamara. (5 Stars)

The Sweethearts: Tales of love, laughter and hardship from the Yorkshire Rowntree's girls by Lynn Russell and Neil Hanson. This is a non-fiction account of women's experience working at the Rowntree chocolate factory (now Nestle). It took me ages to finish the book, but it's the type of book you can pick up at any time and enjoy a few pages before bed. Not a page turner, but interesting to read about women's lives in Yorkshire between the 1930's-today. If you like social history, this is a an easy and fun read. Warning: it will make you want chocolate!
