Ezekiel heard a howl in the air and suddenly felt an instant pain from within. He stood abruptly before racing out the door leaving his paper and coffee behind. He knew something was wrong and the pain seemed more mental than physical. Something horrible had happened. A Rogue had to have killed someone...or another pack attacked. Ezekiel raced down the road to his vehicle before jumping in and hitting the gas hard. Many eyes watched in rather shock. He was heading to the Police Station.

{Ezekiel is going to Police Station}
Raven walked into the cafe nervously. She ordered a hot chocolate and thought about standing around and waiting for it, but she changed her mind and sat down. A waitress brought her her drink. Raven tapped her foot to the soft music. She closed her eyes, as she was in a quiet place. She could stay calm and not go crazy. Not change into a wolf. Pretend that she was normal again. Raven sighed softly. ((Sorry that it's kind of short...))
Bailey had her hood up as she walked in. She walked to the counter and ordered a black coffee. Deciding to wait she pulled out her phone and connected to the wifi and checking her social medias. She was happy the boys weren't with her because they would of been flirting with the girl behind the counter. Even with their age they're still hormonal pigs of guys, she thought. "Thanks," she mumbled and grabbed her coffee before going to get a seat by the window. She already noted the scent of another werewolf but she acted like she was mortal and would say it was her boyfriend if questioned.
The hair on the back of Raven's neck stood up as she scented another werewolf walk in. She looked around, only noticing a girl. Raven pulled her jacket tighter around her, now very nervous. She had never been so close to another werewolf before, as she had always had run away before one had come close to her. Raven preferred to stay away from other werewolves, which showed through her now more hardened personality. She didn't move but stayed very still, tensely sipping her drink. For some reason, Raven wanted to go over to this girl and talk to her, but then she was afraid that the girl wouldn't actually be a werewolf or that the girl wouldn't want to talk to her. So, Raven didn't move.
Bailey blew a breath on the window a drew a smiley face. She had a bipolar like personality which made it hard to make friends. She sipped her coffee and got on Pinterest. She may dress like she didn't care sometimes but she loved clothing and fashion. She got a text on her phone from Ryne but ignored him, she wanted some time alone. They guys were like big brothers towards her and overprotective when it came to boys. She was nineteen and they still made every guy she talked to freak out and run away.
Taking a deep breath, Raven took her hot chocolate and sat down across from the girl who had drew a smiley face in the window. Raven drew one herself, took a deep breath, and said, "I hope you don't mind if I join you." She stared at the girls phone, thinking. Raven decided that she was a werewolf too, and added, "My name's Raven..."
Bailey looked at the girl and smiled friendly at her knowing she wasn't a threat. "It's alright. Names Bailey Taylor." She sipped her coffee as her phone went off again saying she had a text. "Brothers can be so annoying and they won't stop texting to see if I'm alright." She rolled her eyes and clicked her phone off sipping her coffee. "Anyways how are you doing this very fine cold evening."
"I'm doing alright.... I never had brothers before. Or family, for that matter..." Raven said, trying not to think about it too much. She sipped her drink, saying, "I was an orphan and never adopted, so I've never actually had a family. I've always wondered what it's like though..." She frowned, thinking about how terrible the other girls were to her. Raven realized that she was being weird, so she muttered, "Sorry. I'm not trying to be a sob story or anything."
"It's alright the boys aren't my really brothers. I was a foster kid and moved place to place until a Iran away then they found me." Bailey shrugged and looked at her phone once again because it started to ring. They were constantly on her about where she went but that was their way of caring about her. She declined the calm and sent a short text to them.
"They must really love you then." Raven said simply. "I never even had foster parents." She shrugged, her curiosity increasing about Bailey. Raven carefully moved towards more sensitive topics. "I eventually made enough money and went to New York. Let me tell you, the job opportunities are not great." She laughed, continuing, "It was there that I was bitten." Alluding towards being a werewolf. Raven didn't want to straight out and say what she was talking about in case her nose was lying to her.
Bailey stiffened at the word bitten. She knew the girl was werewolf but didn't want to talk about how her mother died because she was bitten and was born with her a sired wolf because the bit was too close. She didn't want to talk about any of that. "Yea well the street fighting was the best way for money. It better then anything else around the area." She sipped her coffee trying to play her stiffening off like it never happened.
"I never did fight much. Rarely, and only for my own safety... I did some weird stuff in that city that I don't like to talk about...." Raven said, not very able to shut her mouth. "You weren't bitten, and by the likes of it, you weren't born a werewolf either. And you didn't know your parents... Were you... A sired werewolf?" Raven asked, unable to keep the question on her mouth, she hopped that the Bailey wouldn't get angry, as Raven hadn't ever actually got in a fight with another werewolf before.
Bailey grabbed her phone and squeezed it. She didn't want to talk about it only Ryne and Kane knew what happened to her when her mother was pregnant. "Well my last family was a military home with five older boys. I learned to fight and protect myself. Once I met Kane he introduced mr to his twin Ryne and they took me in as their sister. I changed my last name when u was eighteen."
"Kane. Ryne. Are they the guys who keep calling you? I wish I had family... But I never will, and I just try and live with the fact. Forever alone." Raven said, sighing. She finished her hot chocolate, and looked sadly down at her empty cup. Raven got the vibe that Bailey didn't like talking about how she became a werewolf, so she stayed away from the topic. "They sound nice though, Kane and Ryne do." she added.
"Yea they are. Ryne's just harder to her close to unless he calls you family." Bailey shrugged with a smile. She really did love that they took her in. They never judged her nor tried to make her fit in. "But you know how guys get. Their hormonal pigs sometimes and it gets annoying when it's with your friends." She sipped her coffee as she sat her phone back down.
Raven nodded. "In New York, there were so many pigs... They were terrible..." She shivered at the thought of them. At first, Raven thought they were just being nice, until a friend went with one of those guys and came back a completely different person. "Back in England, we would see cats all the time... And you could tell when one was a male. Those pussy cats." Raven said, laughing.
Bailey laughed at that. "Well they haven't found their mates and are very… Oh what's they word. Very good in physic for their age." She laughed at her own joke. Both the boys were eighty-two and looked to be in their mid-twenties. They also were both personal trainers so that was a steady income and she loved them. "I don't judge people by how they act or dress. They're just trying to fit in with how their personality is."
"Yeah, same. How old do I look? Nineteen? Twenty? When I'm actually thirty." Raven said, grinning. "Which does happen, being what we are. I have heard of a girl who's over two hundred and looks seventeen, so strange things happen." She laughed, feeling lucky. Any other women would love to still look like she did at her age. "I don't understand why people judge each other. I think it's just how everyone was raised." Raven said, rolling her eyes. "I haven't found my mate yet either..." she added in a whisper, which was followed by a sigh.
"Their both eighty-two," Bailey let out a laugh. "By the way I'm nineteen." She finished her coffee and checked her phone to see another message. She hated how the two always worried, but she could handle herself. "I haven been able to get a date or anything because of them two boys. They drive my guys away and it's so annoying because I just want to be normal and date maybe get lucky one night." She waggled her brows seductively to show what she meant.
Raven laughed, smiling. "I totally agree with you there!" She said, trying to calm her giggles. When something was funny, Raven tended to either laugh a lot or merely just smile, depending on her mood. "You should just beat them up one day and show them who's really boss!" She joked, grinning happily. It was nice for Raven to be happy for once. It hadn't happened in a while, not since she left New York.
Bailey shrugged. "Yea but they're just overprotective." She was never bothered by that but sometimes she wanted freedom. The guys always was breathing down her neck about what she was doing and where she was at. "They're both personal trainers and street fighters before that so is get a good beating for trying to beat them up," she joked with a laugh and sarcasm.
"Maybe we both could take them!" Raven said sarcastically, laughing. "Or, at least, scare them. That could be fun." she added, grinning. "You could go to them pretending to be upset or something, and then I could come out and scare them!" Raven thought it was a good idea, but she also hoped that she wasn't being intrusive or anything towards Bailey and her personal life. After all, Raven didn't really have one of those. A personal life. Or a 'life', for that matter.
Bailey bursted out laughing at her. "Knowing the Taylor brothers they'd see you as a good looking girl who likes things rough. Ryne is the one you'd have to worry about because he'd eye rape you." She knew the guys well enough to say that they was her family. "Kane's different, he's more caring but they're a lot alike. Each would hit and try to bang you," she ran a hand a hand through her messy blonde hair.
"I had enough of those kind of guys in New York. I'm sure I could handle them." Raven said, suddenly not happy or laughing. She kept on a half smile, saying, "Almost every guy in New York tried to bang me. Some of them just because I was simply a girl. Let me tell you, New York is a hot spot for perverts. But I've heard LA is worse. I've never been, so I can't compare the two." Raven added dutifully, shrugging. It was a annoying and stupid how guys would act so immature.
Bailey shook her head at Raven. "No, it's not that they're immature or perverts. They know how to treat a girl, I've seen it first hand it's just their hormonal system is still producing hormones causing them to want sexual intercourse." She noticed his wrong that sounded, "and no I haven't slept with them, they consider me as a little sister needing protection from the big bad world." Her phone went off again signaling a text message was sent to her.
"I never said that they were prevented or immature... I just said that, from what you have told me, they are kind if like the guys from New York. God save me if any came here..." Raven said, getting finicky. "As for the' if bad world', I can tell you firsthand that it sucks. It is brutal. It's torture. Nothing is actually completely good." She frowned, then sighed. Raven used to consider herself good, but when she left Oxford, being good slowly came to a stop.
Bailey shook her head, "naw, if one did it would be Ryne. He's so childish at times but still mature." She tapped her hands on the table. "Life is unpredictable. It's wants to see how much you can take and how far it can push. It wants you to break down like a small child and cry or give up.i know how people can act because I've never had a permanent home for too long and was alway moving around. People just plain out called me a punk because that's what I use to be."
"People call me slut and other more... Inappropriate names. I ignore it, but sometimes it comes back to me, occasionally just as a whisper, cooing horrible thoughts into my mind. Often as a yell of hatred and disgust. I never can truly ignore it..." Raven said in a pensive tone of voice. "I've had some weird jobs which had stereotypical type of workers." she added, blushing at the thought. Raven's hands curled into fists, then quickly relaxed. "Sorry..." she muttered, "You don't care or want to know about my past."
"I think of my past making me into who I am today and I don't regret any of it. I've done a lot of bag things to my body yet I'm here. Kane and Ryne just need discipline and want someone they can protect." Bailey sighed and placed a hand on her hip where her scars from cutting are noticeable. She didn't regret that she did it because it only made her stronger in a way people didn't understand. "Anyways what brought you here?"
"I heard about the large wolf population and was curious. Maybe there were more people like me, you know? New York was so big, I couldn't ever find another... One of us. And a lot of guys were after me. I think it has something to do with beating up this one guy who happened to be pretty high up in a gang or something..." Raven said, laughing. "I needed to start again. Not as a different person, but with different people. And hopefully people more like me."
"The guys and I are from New York. They were in hiding for so long before coming out and finding me." Bailey held up her finger to pause her for a second before getting up and going to get another coffee. Once it was handed to her and she paid she came back and sat down again. "Sorry, I just needed another coffee. I haven't been able to be away from the guys to get one in so long."
"If only you had found me too." Raven said jokingly. "You're fine, I don't mind." she added when Bailey apologized for getting another coffee. Raven thought for a moment and frowned. "They don't know you're hear, do they? So they aren't going to come here to get you and find me?" Raven asked, feeling very nervous. She could deal with being around one werewolf, but two or three was a bit much when you never had met another werewolf before.
"Only Ryne if he thinks I'm in trouble." Bailey shrugged at her. "He doesn't know where I'm at but he'll track me down." She sipped her coffee and shrugged knowing Ryne was the most overprotective. She was happy for having caffeine again. "Yea, New York is pretty big but I was fighting when the guys came and found me. The saw themselves in me and wanted to help me so we got close and became one big happy family."
"That's good then..." Raven said, looking out the window at two guys who looked confused. "So that's not them, right?" she inquired, hoping that they were just two random guys and had no relation with Bailey. Raven fidgeted in her seat, forcing herself to stop staring at the two guys. "At least you have people to call family." she pointed out, feeling slightly jealous. Family was something Raven had never had. She didn't really even know what it was like.
Bailey looked out the window at the blonde and black hair guys and shook her head. "No that not them. They both have dark brown hair and Ryne had tattoo everywhere." She sipped her coffee happily. "Ryne also ride an old motorcycle which is orange." She was happy that they weren't the boys because it wouldn't end up very well since she was around another werewolf without them around. They was like her bodyguards anymore.
Raven sighed, feeling much less nervous. "I'm just going to be honest... I've never met another werewolf before. I've known plenty of normal humans, but never somebody like me... It's nice." she said quickly. "I've always been careful and avoided them, but... I don't know... You seemed different.. More approachable maybe?" Raven said, moving in her seat. "That's why I was worried that those were Ryne and Kane..." she admitted.
Bailey laughed and nodded at her. "I'm always relaxed in public so I seem approachable. Ryne and Kane are just big fluffy teddy bears so don't worry about them." She couldn't help but smile when she said they were teddy bears. "So what would you like to talk about?" she asked trying to change the subject of her brother and them coming. She knew that they could and Ryne would be the one to come so she made sure she watched for orange.
"Um... I have no clue, to be honest." Raven said, feeling awkward. She generally avoided all human contact unless completely necessary. Or that she felt annoyingly alone. Raven was the very definition of a loner, since she was so used to being in he shadows. Blending in and keeping unnoticed. ((Sorry it's so short.))
Bailey nodded at her and looked out the window. She saw and orange motorcycle pull in and her eyes went wide. Dang. Why did he have to come? She looked at Reven and sighed. "I'm sorry to scare you but the guy with dark hair coming in, that's Ryne. I really don't want to deal with him so I'm gonna try to sneak out," her voice barely a whisper as she looked back at Ryne.
"Um, okay. Be careful." Raven said, trying not to stare at Ryne. If she did, he might realize that she is with Bailey. "Be quick though, because he's coming!" she added, fidgeting in her chair. Her last interactions with any guy was in New York and did not end well. Raven was nervous and hoped in vain the hat he would leave her alone.
Bailey smiled at her. "Thank you so much. I hope we could hang out and talk again sometime." She pulled on a jacket and pulled the hood up before heading to the women's restroom to sneak out of the small bathroom window. She was happy to have a small physic so she could fit in almost any space. She looked back and smiled and took her coffee with her sipping it the whole time.
Raven sighed as Bailey left and sipped her hot chocolate, which was slightly cold. Once empty, she sat there wondering what to do and not look suspicious. Raven zoned out, thinking about things that had become normal for her. Wondering where she would sleep and stay hidden from all of the packs, pondering what she needed to do tomorrow. The usual-for her.
Ryne ran a hand through his dark hair. To anyone the tattoos the cover his body would give him would give him the name trouble. He was looking for his blonde sister, oh she was gonna hear it from him. He walked up to the counter and ordered a black coffee with sugar in it. "That beat is gonna get it good when she get home," he muttered to himself still following Bailey's scent which led to a seat by the window. "Excuse me ma'am," his New York accent showing slightly, "have you seen a blonde girl about five foot six named Bailey?" He was polite to her since he didn't want to make a scene and sat down across from her.
"You have a New York accent?" Raven asked, not bothering to address his other question. "And I'm not married and certainly don't need to be called ma'am." Raven looked at him suspiciously and crossed her arms. She could tell that he was definitely a werewolf like herself. Not caring about the consequences, if any, Raven added sarcastically, "And why don't you go ahead and join me."
Ryne rolled his eyes at her. "U grew up with respecting and being polite. Now will you answer my other question, blonde girl, five foot six named Bailey Taylor?" He was being specific about the her now knowing that she used the last name Taylor instead of Jameson. "She my little sister and I'd really like to know where she is. My names Ryne by the way." He leaned back in the chair watching her, knowing she was werewolf but easy to beat in a fight compared to his experience.
Raven stiffened, noticing that Ryne was quite cocky. "That girl? She was here, yeah. But you don't look anything like a relative to her." she said, easily lying. "I'm Raven." she added, looking down at her hands. Raven felt awkward again, since she barely had spoken to any guys. Ever. Well, except when she worked. Which was almost like another life, though it was just in a different place.
Ryne laughed at her. "She adopted, now where'd she go?" He wasn't cocky but stubborn and mad that Bailey left without saying anything. He sipped his coffee with his watchful eye on her. He could tell if someone was lying because he knew how to lie better then most but that was a given since he used to he a gang leader just like Kane. His only tattoos seen was on his neck and hand since he wore his leather jacket to seem normal even though he didn't needed it.
"I see... She left a while ago." Raven said, feeling depressed again. Alone. She glanced at Ryne again, and inquired softly, "What are your tattoos of? Do they have some sort of special meaning?" Raven said all of this sounding suddenly curious while she was just trying to hide how depressed she actually felt. And she was really good at hiding her feelings. Uncannily good. It was something easily learnt in an orphanage. Especially one that was only for girls. Of all ages, too.
Ryne sighed knowing Bailey left but looked at his hand as he sat his coffee down. "Some are as other aren't." He pointed to the numbers at his knuckles, "the year I became a leader." He lifted up his shirt to show hands on his stomach, "free-spirited." He was accustomed to pain from fighting as a teenager and that when he started getting tattoos. He pointed to the all seeing eyes close to his wrist when he pushed up his jacket sleeve, "protection."
