Well, I have to admit I didn't think this lived up to the hype. Maybe it's because I am a modern audience and it seems very of its time but I just found the plot a bit boring. I loved the beginning with the introduction of the three Mrs and felt a great sense of impending adventure. The action was virtually nonexistent. They had the chance to visit multiple planets yet only really felt danger or action on one. The idea of IT was great but I think it overshadowed too much of the plot. I gave it three stars because it had some great bits but I didn't think it was great.
