Jarrett's mom, Leslie started using heroin at 13. She only stopped using heroin when she found out she was pregnant with Jarrett. Leslie was never in Jarrett's life. She was always at the clinic to handle her addiction. But one day, she got released and came back home and Jarrett met Leslie's boyfriend, Miguel. Leslie met Miguel in the clinic, and Jarrett met Miguel when he was a teen. Jarrett avoided Leslie and Miguel. Then, he finally got a letter from his dad, who hasn't been in his life ever. Jarrett never wrote him back. Was the way Jarrett handled the situations he faced alright and morally correct or rude and corrupt?
