I took a break after I read The Guinevere deception last week. Starting tomorrow I’ll be reading Foundryside! ☺️
I'm currently reading Percy Jackson and the sea of monsters. Almost done with it, it's a good, fast paced adventurous book.

I am currently reading The Last Wish (you know, living the hype) and Serpent & Dove and I have no idea how I managed to find two books so good and so addicting when I have so much to study
Sasha wrote: "Nichole wrote: "I just finished Winterwood and Ninth House today."How did you like them???"
I really liked both of them! I liked Ninth House a little bit more though. It was so different.
Lana, I really love The Last Wish and giving the fact that I first saw the TV series everything makes sooo much sense to me now because there were things I didn't understand at first. I bet the whole series is so good.I am sorry you didn't enjoy Serpent & Dove :( I really love it, it's amazing, I rarely read books that fast!
Lana wrote: "Ahaha, different strokes for different folks, I guess! Don't get me wrong, I can see why people like Serpent & Dove, it just wasn't *my* kind of book, so to say. As for The Last Wish, I only got ..."
I literally love things that imply witches and dark magic in general and maybe it is also my desire not to study for my exams but Serpent & Dove really surpassed my expectations. But as you said, different strokes for different folks.
As for The Witcher, as much as I love Henry Cavill portraing Geralt, book Geralt is 10x better! 😂

I really enjoyed them both, but I think I liked Ninth House more. It was different than what I usually read.
MoonChild wrote: "I'm reading six of crows ^^ are you liking the book @Nichole"I am loving it! I should finish it today.

I really have no idea if that's a real word or no but it describes perfectly my experience with Serpent & Dove! 😂
I really loved the fact that you know, it was about witches and I am kind of obsessed with whatever has witches 😂 also I really loved the fact that in this book even though the women are thought to be the Devil as the Church sees them (it's like in the Middle Ages when poor women thought to be witches were burnt on a stick like they were some kind of human skewers) the protagonists (Lou and Coco) are absolutely shameless and kind of vulgar but they really don't care about how a woman should behave like a decent and prude kind of creature. Also, the romance is kind of nice too (a bit explicit once or twice but oh well)

But I will personally begin with Half-Blood!
