Okay listen to me rachelle, I'm going to get all annoying and gunna sound twice my age for a second so bare with me here.
I'm not old at all, I'm only fifteen but what I've learned over that time is something a lot of people are to afraid to learn.
Don't worry what others think. Like at all, f what they think.
If you screwed up yesterday it was because of nerves but that doesn't make you any less good at what you do, it just means that you are scared that you won't do your best, that you actually care about what you do.
So if you actually love playing the violin then of course you'd break down, it's expected to be nervous.
If they don't see your talent then they're blind. I don't have to hear your music to know you have a passion for it, it's obvious from the way you talk about it. You'll be a great musician one day and you'll do well in life. Like you said you worked so hard, that's what's going to pay off in the long run, your determined and passionate so take a breath, pick up your violin and play your heart out cause it makes you smile. Don't worry about the audition just have fun.
If they say you didn't get it, then cry, and sob and break down but you'll have all the chances in the world and they will be the ones kicking them selves for not giving you a chance :)

Okay I sound so old, I know, I'm just so full of wisdom XD but seriously don't worry be happy, Acuda matata, rainbows, unicorns, love, sprinkles, kittens and puppy's. Think happy things.
