King/Queen
Prince/Princess The sons and daughters of the king and queen. They don't really deal with the issues of the kingdom, but their positions are high and they can order others around.
Court Physician A Court Physician is basically a doctor of the highest ranking. They are trusted by kings and can be used for any kind of medical treatment, from healing wounds to delivering babies.
Court Physician assistant Basically a Court Physician in training.
Duke/Duchess They are a member of royalty and one of the highest rankings, sometimes ruling over a small piece of land in the kingdom they live in.
Baron/Baroness They are the Lords and Ladies of the kingdom and are highly respected.
Village Chief The head of a village.
Lady In Waiting A lady that waits upon the princess or queen in hopes of gaining wisdom and better grace.
Steward A man or woman that takes care of King, Queen or Barons and sometimes runs errands for them.
General Commander of the King's army.
Knights They are like soldiers, serving under the King's name, but of much higher ranking and are usually nobles.
Soldiers Footmen that make the King's army.
Bard The poet who usually sings in taverns about famous adventurers and legends.
Blacksmith
Doctor Like a court physician, only a much lower ranking and only heals the non-noble people.
Nurse A woman who helps the doctors
