Hey guys! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving :) I have decided that I am going to only use stand-alone books in our monthly mini-challenges since our Bi-Monthly books are usually series. I hope you're all enjoying the Hush, Hush and/or City of Bones series! Don't forget to keep us updated on your thoughts :)
Now, to announce the December book, which is what you're all here for...
This month, we will be reading Of Stardust by February Grace. So go ahead and order/download/borrow it so you can get it read by December 31st! I'm so excited to read this with you guys. I've never read anything with fairies before. I hope you all enjoy! :) and don't forget to tell us what you think and vote for the Dec/Jan bi-monthly book in our poll!

Yay! Mine shipped from B&N yesterday, so it should be in around 3 days from now! I'm so pumped!

It hasn't come in yet! It shipped Sunday, so it should be in any day now. I think I may have to postpone reading it until some time next week; I'm required to finish Frankenstein for my English class by next Wednesday, so I'm going to have to devote a LOT of time to that :(

It is awful. I'm hoping to finish it really soon.

My copy of Of Stardust came in today! And wow, it's small compared to most of my other books! I'm super excited to crack it open this month! :)

Wow, that was quick! I'm going to begin no later than Wednesday so I can finish reading Frankenstein! I'm glad you liked it! :D

Wow, I was really disappointed in this book. Maybe because I'm so accustomed to really great, popular bestsellers. I just felt like the plot was totally simplistic and predictable. While the author had a really great idea, I found it poorly executed. I want to read a better fairy book to compare it to!

Oh man, I was talking about Of Stardust, not Matched! I should have made that clear

I've never heard of them! The only other fairytale-ish series I've read is the Lunar Chronicles. I've never been super interested in fairies and whatnot, but I'd still like to give other fairytale books a shot!

I'm definitely going to have to check that out. I've heard Dorothy Must Die is a remake of Wizard of Oz and is really popular, too!

Haha I've heard that's a pretty difficult read. I'm going to Broadway in NY this April, and we may be watching it!
