Life seems like a game right now. Things have swung so far from normal and constitutional to weirdly abnormal and unconstitutional it's become ridiculous. I think it's hard to imagine a game when we feel like we're living in a writer's version of post apocalyptic America. When parents are being arrested for playing ball outside with their kids with no one else around it becomes a new scary reality. I'm currently in inpatient rehab and no visitors, including family, are allowed in. Some patients here are close to needing alzheimers type care so this reality is hard on the patient and the STAFF who generally don't deal with this reality.
Life needs to get back to semi normal soon for everyone. 22,000,000 new unemployment claims in six weeks is just unbelievable and hard to imagine and accept.
I have no problem with self quarantine and social distancing. It's everything else happening that scares the heck out of me.
Aly, since we are all confined to home right now I bet we are seeing things we had no idea happened around our neighborhood during the day. Maybe that could put a fun spin on things. For instance, I never thought I'd have a peacock trying to romance me. 😳😂 Simon across the street keeps calling to me and does his peacock mating dance when he sees me.

As you can see, not even pea hens find this macho. It's one of the weirdest things I've ever seen.
