"Nothing. Nothing you need to-" Logan started but stopped her speech when a whizz of blue light shot past her. Her hand moved from his when she stepped after the creature, Logan glanced back at him. Her eyes were wide and illuminated in the light, "What was that?" She breathed and her gaze flickered around the area to latch on to a white light sitting in the trees.
Adramelech chuckled. "Probably a bird" he said, continuing down the path. "The living things here glow blue a night, hence the name" He said, looking at the white figure in the trees. "It's safe here" he promised, continuing to walk
"Are you sure they are birds?" She asked, looking at the coloured shapes that gazed straight back at them. Curiosity on her face as well as the little pixies faces. "They don't look like them."
Adramelech frowned and looked closer. "Hm.. guess I was wrong" he said, holding a hand out for one to rest on. "Thats a new one"
"They are amazing." Logan whispered in awe, her eyes growing wider when one flew close to her. The pixie looked at her and then reached out a white hand to touch her dark hair. She smiled and let it, just watching what it was doing.
Adramelech watched her and put his hands in his pockets, smiling at the way her face lit up. He shifted his gaze to more of the pixies, closing his eyes, his body visibly relaxed.
Logan almost giggled in delight but refrained when the pixie came to sit on her hand, obviously trusting her and deming her safe. She glanced at Adramelech and grinned, "This is amazing." She practically repeated.
Adramelech opened an eye and chuckled "It is. This is a nice place to visit" he said with a smile. "I thought you'd enjoy it"
"Thanks for bringing me." She smiled and leaned up to kiss his cheek when the pixie flew into the trees. Her lips brushed his cheek bone and she pulled back, Logan's cheeks blushed when she realised she kissed him. It may be only his cheek but it meant a lot to her.
Adramelech blinked in slight shock and took a moment to compose himself before giving her an easy smile "Not a problem." He said with a small bow. It had been years since he had been kissed on the cheek, or kissed in general. He had forgotten how nice it felt.
Logan relaxed when he didn't react badly, "Thank you." She said softly and clasped her hands together, she flushed brighter. Looking away she glanced around the pixie's and different coloured lights.
Adramelech reached out and tilted her chin so he could look at her. "You blush quite a lot" he said with a small grin.
Logan nodded, "Can't help it." She murmured and looked up into his soft brown eyes, "Just me I guess." She whispered softly and shrugged her slender shoulders.
Adramelech smiled softly. "It looks good on you." he said, deciding to make a game out of seeing how much he could make her blush. He dropped his hand fro her chin and looked around "should we continue walking?"
Logan tried hard to contain the flush but failed. Like usual. "Yup." She nodded and moved her eyes to the floor, a hand moving by her legs, her other hand running through her thick curly hair.
Adramelech chuckled and walked beside her, one hand in his pocket and the other hanging by his side, brushing hers every so often. "So whats your favourite part of wonderland so far?" he asked, looking down at her
She bites her lip when his hand brushed against hers, "I like this place and your house. The rose garden was also beautiful." Logan said quietly and looked up at him, "There are so many places." She smiled.
Adramelech nodded. "Wonderland is a beautiful land. I don't understand how the humans could want to destroy it." he said, shaking his head. "Sometimes I think that there are some of your kind even more corrupt than I am"
"And that's probably unfortunately true. Not that you've seemed corrupt to me." Logan mused and swung her arms as they walked, her eyes looking around and then back up to where he was, "You've been nothing but nice to me."
Adramelech nodded. "I know" He said, shifting his gaze so he was looking straight ahead. "I'm usually not this nice" he said, holding back a sigh. He felt a bit guilty for the reason he had originally been acting nice towards her. He hoped she never found out the original reason for his kindness. "I am very, very corrupt. I went from a lowly demon to second to only the original knights of hell" he said with a shrug.
Logan twisted her lips, "Just not to me." She murmured to herself, her brows furrowed into a frown and she bites her lip. Looking away and breathing out a sharp breath, she glanced at the ground and watched out for roots to trip on.
Adramelech looked back at her "exactly" he said, looking away again and taking her arm, guiding her around a root "careful now" he murmured
Adramelech looked back at her "exactly" he said, looking away again and taking her arm, guiding her around a root "careful now" he murmured
"I know, I'm clumsy." She said and leaned into his a little, "Why is that by the way?" Logan asked, referring to their earlier conversation.
Adramalech shrugged "I don't know" he said, keeping his gaze straight ahead. "I usually hate humans, honestly. Your kind is weak and can be a bit annoying if I'm being honest" he said, guiding her around another root. "But most of your kind see my eyes and run the other way. You interest me"
"I must be pretty cool if I don't annoy you. I used to follow my brother around like a puppy. He didn't appreciate it much." She smiled up at him gently, "Thanks." Logan said when she cleared where the earth had risen.
Adramelech chuckled "you are far from annoying Logan" he said, giving a small nod at her thanks. He stopped in another clearing and looked up at the tree he was by, taking in the blue glow.
"Wonderland is beautiful." She whispered and moved to the middle of the clearing, Logan dropped down on to the floor and made her body into a star shape. Staring up at the now dark sky. "Mmmm..." She hummed happily.
Adramelech watched her and chuckled "it is. There's many mysteries" he said with a sigh. He moved and laid beside her, looking up at the sky. "Do you ever plan to return to earth?"
"No, I don't think so. On earth there are so many expectations, you have to pay to live life. Here, here I love it. There is so much freedom and beauty." She said and looked over at him, "What about you?"
Adramelech laughed "no. I hate the majority of my time on earth" he said, resting his arms behind his head. "And I was trapped there. I could never go home. Here is the next best place" he said, stretching a bit
"Mmmmmm..." She hummed in agreement and stretched her legs and arms, Logan rolled on to her stomach and rested her head on her hands, "You said earlier you trained and read. What do you like to read?" She asked curiously.
"Everything" Adramelech said. "I read textbooks for fun but I also read fiction. I like to expand my knowledge" he said, looking down at her
"Mmmm... I used to too." She smiled and rubbed her jaw with her finger, "Okay, what is the best book you've ever read?" Logan grinned wickedly, she knew it was an evil question.
Adramelech frowned slightly. "You're cruel" he said in a joking tone. "I'd say a book that I read by an Ancient Greek writer. I think his name was Homer. He was a good writer" he said with a smile. "And yours?"
"I don't have one, I studied Homer and I agree he was a good writer." She smiled at him and pursed her lips as she tried to think of a good book.
Adramelech smiled "he was." He said with a yawn "the one good thing about earth was the books... And you" he said with a sly grin
Logan blushed red, "Yeah, you are just buttering me up for something now." She murmured and sat back on her heels, not meeting his eyes.
Adramelech laughed "I'm not. Don't worry dear" he said, moving so he was leaning on his elbows "I'm just trying to see how often I can make you blush. But I'm not lying" he said, studying her
Logan shifted where she sat, "So how many times so far?" She asked, ignoring his other statement when she fiddled with her hair. Eyes slightly downcast.
"Three" Adramelech said with a shrug "like I said earlier. You blush easily, but you look good while doing it" he said, leaning forward a bit. "Would you like me to stop?"
"Three" Adramelech said with a shrug "like I said earlier. You blush easily, but you look good while doing it" he said, leaning forward a bit. "Would you like me to stop?"
Logan bites her lip and flushed a little again, "Yeah? Well I don't mind, if you don't want to stop then continue by all means." She whispered softly when he leaned a little forwards.
Adramelech smiled and tilted her chin up so he could meet her eyes, having dropped the brown eyes a while ago due to forgetting he had the disguise on. "I don't want to make you uncomfortable dear"
"I'm not, I just can't take a compliment." Logan said quietly and met his red eyes without any hesitation or problems. They were the same as his brown ones. The same person behind them, just a different colour.
"Why not? You deserve all of the compliments a man could give" Adramelech said softly, tilting his head a bit "I would think you'd be used to them"
"No, definitely not." Logan said quietly and looked up at him with bright blue eyes. Her cheeks rosy and almost permanently red as it seemed.
Adramelech caught his lip with his teeth and leaned back a bit, resisting the urge to kiss her. "Well we'll have to change that now won't we" he said with a smile
