For PARTNERS, I read If I Never Met You. They're work together (as well as the ex!) in the same firm. It was middle of the road. Interesting enough to keep me reading but not enough to make me fall in love.

For PINING I read Iron Master, where the main characters Reid and Peigi pine after each other for a long time before getting together.
