The Bookworm Challenge discussion

This is an entirely new optional challenge. We're not sure how well this will work but let's give it a try.

We've generated a BINGO card for the game. You'll get 5 points added to your reading total for a five in a row or four corner BINGO (horizontal, vertical, diagonal, or 4 corners). There is a limit of 2 BINGOs per person. Additionally, you will get 30 points added to your annual book total if you fill the whole card. Since you'll get points for these books, you cannot use them for any of the other challenges or monthly specials.



Each box on the card has a number. You can indicate what your BINGO is by listing the box number, category and book title. For instance, if i had a vertical BINGO down the center, I would list 22 - Sci Fi - Title, 14 - Magic - Title, FREE, 20 - Birth Decade - Title, 1 - Animal MC - Title.

I'm sure someone will come up with a better way to do this but let's work it out as we go! I hope you guys enjoy this; any and all feedback is appreciated!

I am a member of the clergy. I believe the most correct phrase would be clergyperson. This may help.

I suppose you can add one book at a a time to keep track and when/if you get a row you write BINGO at the beginning of the list?

I drew the Bingo card on paper to keep up with it and to see the categories at a glance.

I printed out the Bingo card. Now I mark off the squares as read, and put the book title in the square. When I have a line, I will list them in a post as Stephanie suggested. It is easier fo Stephanie to keep track of points.
