Salem walked along the fence and it felt almost relaxing here. After leaving the big time beauty salon he felt like his old self at last. What had become shoeless with torn clothes and bad hair was now clean shaven with a nice leather jacket some blue jeans and bare feet still, but very attractive given he had no shirt on under the leather jacket. He thought this was the perfect place to lay low for awhile until he could narrow his search down for who turned him and made him supposedly kill his infant son and lovely wife. This place seemed to get crisp winds coming straight from the seas which meant good chances at catching the scent of the monster who turned him.
Arya parked her truck and got out of the car. She walked over to the fence, looking out at the water. Arya was wearing a loose dress with tights. Her thick sweater kept her warm as the wind hit her face. Arya scented the air, smelling another werewolf. She looked around and noticed a lone man. She was curious about him, but didn't say anything. He seemed nervous and angry, so she would wait for him to notice her. And then approach her. Arya held the wire fence as she watched some birds fly by.
Salem caught the scent of another werewolf but it smelled tamed like a pack wolf. He turned seeing on the other side of the dam was a truck parked and a female who was getting a bit closer. He started to panic realizing that she may not be alone. That meant he was going to be counted as a rogue and killed. He wasn't abotu to get killed today or any other day until the wolf that turned him died first at his own hand. He raced off down the small root tangled path beside of the fence. He seemed to run pretty well on bare feet, but having just got these clothes he wasn't wanting to shift unless he had to. Before he realized his direction of running the path was bringing him around to face the girl and he stopped into a slide falling halfway under the truck that was parked.
Arya laughed and walked over to her car. She knelt down, peering under the truck. "I'm not going to hurt you, so you don't have to worry." Arya told him, putting her hand on the ground and pushing some hair behind her ear. "So, do you want to come out from under my car? I won't hurt you. I don't bite... Like, ever." she told him.
Salem frowned..."I doubt you could hurt me even if you wanted...I'm too driven. I was hoping for a safe place before one of you came after me." He glared at her standing up. He kept his distance from her looking around like he was paranoid..."Have you had any Rogues passing through here recently?" He demanded coldly.
"Haha. You honestly think that I couldn't hurt you? Is it because I'm a girl?" Arya said. Shifting gears when he started demanding answers from her, she paused, leaning against her truck. "First of all, I didn't come after you. I came here because it's pretty. Rogues. You know the term, newbie? Well, I'm not the one concerned with them. Not really." Arya said, tilting her head. "Why do you care so much?"
Salem glared with his fist and his jaw both clinched. "My reasoning for caring isn't important. I will be leaving your territory soon enough , but right now I have to stay because you have something here I want." He looked her over, "You don't look like much in your human form, so I will presume the same about your monster form." That was all eh saw himself as, a monster and anyone who was like him was just the same. An unfortunate soul left to be damned as a horrible bloodthirsty monster.
Arya shook her head, sighing. "I'm no monster. Others may be, but not I." she said, feeling kind of poetic. "Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean anything. I can fight if I'd like to, but I don't particularly want to fight-not a rogue." Arya laughed softly, crossing her arms. She leaned up against her truck, thinking. "Now, I'm not so sure what you want from me, but you do have something that I want. Which is, obviously, more important." Arya said. She paused, adding to herself, "Wow. That sounded stuck up."
Salem glared, "I want nothing form you but for you to stay out of my way and the rest of your pack to stay out of my way...understood!" He looked at her a bit off..."What exactly do I have that you want?!" he asked his inner wolf dying to be released.
((Sorry for shortness))
((Sorry for shortness))
Arya laughed softly, rolling her eyes. She leaned against her truck and crossed her arms. "First of all, I don't know why you want us to stay out of your way, but I'm guessing it's either illegal or against ever pack rule ever which would lead you to a death sentence." Arya said, smiling sweetly. "Also, I don't know what makes you think that I can control every other member of my pack... As for you, you have a few things for me. First of all, you are a rogue, so you're probably confused, stressed, angry, and God knows what else. And if you let me, I could help you."
Salem looks at her dazed and confused, "How does me being a rogue help you? What does it pertain to me having something you want? I'm no thief I paid with real well earned money for these clothes and this hair do." He said coldly, "As far as controlling your pack I'm simply telling you to warn them to stay out of my way or I'll kill them or keep your mouth shut abotu me period. I don't want your aid or assistance. I know what I am and I know that I am the same horrible monster that you are and as far as death penalty I will gladly turn myself in for all of my crimes against humanity to your pack. Confused only because I can't pinpoint a scent...stressed because killing this animal is all that exist on my mind. Angry because I killed my wife and kids because on my job I was attacked by a monster on the beach...I am enraged by the one I track down and I will not rest or stop at nothing until I get my hands on them and make them feel every ounce of the pain that I have felt." He said his eyes cold and hungry...his stomach let out a soft grumble being rather hungry itself.
Arya growled, her nose twitching. "I am not a monster. I was born just like any other human and grew up strong. And I'm a werewolf, yes! But I am the complete opposite of a monster. Insult me again and I'll rip you to shreds." Arya said. She stepped forward as she spoke, getting closer to Salem. "I only want from you is loyalty, acceptance, and skills. You first need to accept yourself and learn about your new self. And I can help you learn about what it means to be a werewolf. And then... You can join the pack. It's much better than being a loner. You feel... Powerful. Good about yourself. You feel accepted." Army's looked Salem in the eye, waiting for an answer-the right one.
Salem glared with a scowl like no other blazing into Arya's own eyes. "I have been a Werewolf for nearly twenty years now and I have been searching to kill the one who turned me. I have no interest in being apart of your pack or any other pack. I have killed people and I will be sentenced to death before I am placed among your kind. This is why I search till death to find the one who turned me when I lived in a happy life with my wife and son before Is slaughtered them!"
Arya growled again, and almost turned into her wolf form. "It was a very good offer, and I could have helped your and you know what? No, we won't stay out of your way." She said, snarling. Arya stepped closer to him, a few mere inches away. Snarling again, she unlocked her truck and got in. She turned it on, the engine humming. Arya rolled down the window and said, "I'll be seeing you around, don't you worry."
Salem growled lowly, "Don't count on it!" He looked her over for a moment and before he could stop himself the wolf started coming out all of it's own accord. Salem's hands grew large with claws as he swiped hard and sliced the back tire. He growled unable to stop himself any longer. He managed to jerk his shirt and pants off just in time before a giant silvery white wolf with bright honey coloured eyes stood at the back of the truck holding it's stance ready for attack.
Arya pushed the door open as she turned off her car, grabbed a blanket and undressed, then went into her wolf form. Her silky gold fur rippled over her muscles, her brown eyes flashing angrily at Salem. She was about to fight someone who's name she didn't even know. Arya growled angrily, the fur on the back of her neck standing up. This guy had no idea what he was getting into...
Salem was rather large to be so young as a wolf only twenty or so years old as werewolf. He stayed low ready for her to jump growling coldly. He couldn't reach her telepathically because he wasn't apart of her pack only Ezekiel had the power to do that with him. He was ready to pounce at any moment. He could not control his inner wolf any longer as he let out a harsh and cruel howl. Only to be reciprocated not too far off by a far more dominant howl. Salem turned his head uneasily. That had to be her Alpha. Only seconds passed before a large black wolf with piercing blue eyes enters the scene between the two. He had knocked down a few trees trying to get to them. He was at least eight feet tall on all fours. Instantly Salem heard his voice inside of his head, "Hello, young wolf..."
Salem looked shocked and began backing away slowly. The giant black wolf then looked to Arya, "My, my what a series of unfortunate events you have come across. It seems to me the Pale Moon wolf is outnumbered two to one." He growled playfully as if playing with his food before he ate. The Grayridge Alpha was bloodthirsty and dangerous to anyone who got close to him.

Arya's tail flicked angrily at Salem. Her ears flicked to the side where Adrian came. She growled at Salem and looked at the Alpha, and said to him, I tried to reason with him... It obviously didn't work. Arya snapped her jaws at Salem. Arya was bigger than Salem, but not the size of Adrian. She looked slightly confused at him, and said quickly, What are you doing here? You should mind your own business and leave! Arya was nervous but also very, very angry. The hair on her back stood up as she looked from Adrian to Salem. Arya was not one to run from a fight, but the odds were not looking very good for her.
Adrien snapped hatefully at the two of them. "Pathetic Pale Moon wolf...Rogue! You look like a strong fit young wolf and I'm willing to offer you your life in exchange for your loyalty to my pack. Join my pack and we can kill every Pale Moon wolf in Old Harbor in just a few weeks. War is coming and they are blind I am Alpha to the Grayridge pack and I am always willing to strengthen my forces. I will even let this pathetic Pale Moon wolf live or let you kill her yourself if you join me." He snapped his teeth hungrily at Arya.
Salem felt sick to his stomach. He back away from both wolves looking at the size difference between himself and the Alpha wolf. this wasn't her Alpha which meant her entire pack was in danger of dying. He was a killer but not on purpose. He was trying to find the one who killed his wife and son by turning him. "I'll have to think about it...I want to talk things out logically with this wolf first. salem replied back still edging further from the two. Adrien snapped at him, "Unacceptable! Either you kill her or I will!"

Arya snarled angrily at both of them. She was not about to be killed. She angry lashed her tail. She looked at Adrien, and said, I'm Delta of the Pale Moon Pack. Now tell me why you think killing me is a good idea? To start a war? That's not a very good idea, in case you didn't realize that. Arya looked back at Salem, then to Adrian again. She felt a strange feeling in the pit of her stomach, and was unable to pinpoint the emotion.
((Sorry it's short. I need to practice my instrument but I can still rp. My replies might just take a bit.))
((It's okay I actually have to go right now))
((Um, actually Adrien was asking Salem to join him because he was a Rogue and gang up and kill Arya...Sorry if it wasn't clear.))

Salem frowned, if wolves can do that, "I'm not killign anyone if you wnat a war in Old Harbor I'm only passing through lookign for the one who turned me so I may kill them...that's all!"
Adrien nodded a huff and snapped out toward Arya only for Salem to pounce almost instantly on instinct. Adrien was knocked back into a tree and growled lowly, "I'll kill every Pale Moon wolf in Old Harbor and then you Rogue!" He turned racing off.
Salem looked frantic at her before he at last calmed down enough to shift back on one knee and his hands on the ground he breathed heavily looking at the wolf before him. It didn't bother him half as much being naked anymore as much as it did when he was learning to shift.

Arya grabbed the blanket that was hanging out of her car door. She threw it over her back with expertise, then turned into her human form. Wrapping the blanket around her, she said, "You're screwed. Have a death wish much?" She grabbed a pair of sweatpants and a sweatshirt from her car, and hastily put them on. "Now before you die, do something kind and help me change my tire." Arya said, getting out a jack and her spare tire. "I know how to do this, but help is nice..." she added, shrugging.
Salem frowned, "I'm sorry." he said plainly before grabbing the tire and jack from her. He seemed to know how to do it himself as well and rather professionally so. He worked quickly and was done at Werewolf record timing. Then still had time to quickly pull all of his clothes back on. "Um, here's my card." The card read:
Salem frowned, "Um, I suppose since I'm gonna die I need to find a new hiding place. That's my personal cell if you need anything...just stay out of my way." He warned her once more less seriously.

Salem frowned, "Um, I suppose since I'm gonna die I need to find a new hiding place. That's my personal cell if you need anything...just stay out of my way." He warned her once more less seriously.
Arya sighed and shook her head. "Thanks, I guess." she said after he helped her. She paused for a minute, then said, "Are you sure you don't want my help? I can fight myself. I'm not completely useless as you seem to think I am." Arya crossed her arms, looking at Salem. He seemed okay with the fact that he was going to die. Most likely going to die, in honesty. "I'm not about to lay down my life for some rogue, but that doesn't mean I can't help you." Arya added.
Salem turned and glared, "I am not some Rogue. I'm not a werewolf. I'm simply cursed and I will find a cure I will kill the one who turned me! I don't need your help I am fine on my own." He told her plainly. "I hope that if I am to die I get to kill the wolf who turned me first. What can you offer me but a place i a pack that will restrict me from doing what I desire?" He asked coldly. he wanted to be nice, but he could not risk anyone getting too close to him.
"Safety, for one thing." Arya said, shrugging. She opened her car door up and hopped in. "A future, too. Instead of death. And training. We could teach you how to fight and control yourself. Fight correctly, so you won't hurt yourself." she added, placing the keys in the ignition, but not yet turning it on. "You could also always get a new family. One that understands you and likes you for what you are. Put your past behind you. You can't change that that wolf turned you. Get over it and move on in life." Arya said, looking at Salem. "Do you not want a second chance? Because this is yours and you are running away from it."
Salem frowned, "I know how packs lay out their laws it is always death for rogues and banishment for members who break laws. And I also know most laws include not killing humans. If I were to join you in being apart of your pack I will be forced to accept my crimes for what they are and be punished for them. I can't face death, not yet, not until I have killed that wolf. I won't move on because it was my own son who I killed and my own wife and first true love. I refuse to forget them and refuse to back down. I have to kill that wolf who ruined the life I had. I can accept this second life, but only by killing the one who granted it to me." He swore coldly.
"I never said to forget your past. Gosh." Arya said, huffing and rolling her eyes. "Would you at least like a ride into town or somewhere?" she offered. After all, he did spare her life, for the time being. The least Arya could do is to be nice to him even if he wasn't exactly being nice back. "I'm sorry you killed your wife and son. You weren't able to control yourself, so its not your fault. That happened to me. I was still in school for a while, and I killed more than two people, for sure. And I'm not dead!" Array said, proving to Salem that she could relate, though it wasn't her family that she killed.
Salem nodded, "Well, thank you for the sympathy and offer, but I worked hard enough trying to get up here where I could get some strong scents with this heavy wind, but as proven I apparently can't catch the scent form behind the winds. That Alpha seemed bloodthirsty for you and me...did you know him?" He asked curiously not wanting to go with her so much as conversate with her for a moment before he had to run to a place he could catch scent form all directions. If she went into town and told her Alpha and other pack members abotu him they would be on a hunt and he would need to find safety fast.
Arya narrowed her eyes. "I've heard things about him, but I've never actually met him. So now I know who he is, and what he's like. And I have no interest in meeting him again, to be completely honest." she said simply. Arya turned on her car, rolling down the windows. "Now, if you don't mind, I really need to talk to my Alpha. Have fun running from him." she added, shifting the car into reverse.
Salem nodded watching her closely. his stomach growled in rage for food. "Um, wait! Could I possibly get a ride back to the town? I just want to be dropped off somewhere to eat." He asked feeling he hadn't eaten in weeks. At last fatigue was catching up to the young wolf. He stood in silence hoping for a yes.
Arya shifted back into park and looked at Salem. She laughed quietly, and said, "Hop on in. I don't mind." Army's unlocked the doors to her truck so he could get in. I hope he realizes that my pack will smell him. If he asked nicely, I could always clean the car... Ugh. More work on my part though. Arya's stomach rumbled, and she sighed. She would wait until she went home to eat.((Sorry that it's short...))
((np have you seen mine?!))
Salem sat in the car and looked straight. he hadn't been in a vehicle since the night he was turned. He didn't know what it felt like to act so human and almost forgot that he was still part human. He rubbed his knees nervously and frantically, "Thanks...Um...is there anyway that I could have you, um...this is awkward...change my scent when I leave? Sorry you don't have to I'll simply run anyway...I was just asking. I am sorry I slashed your tire by the way." He wasn't used to this much interaction, but he supposed he had to get back in the grove of it if that wolf was in Old Harbor for a while.

"Yeah, it's fine. I can remove your scent. It's fine that you slashed my tire, I need new ones anyway." Arya said with a shrug. She put her car in reverse again, looking behind her as she backed out. "You don't have to be so tense. I understand you haven't talked this much to anyone in a while, but you can calm down." Arya added, grinning.((Umm... What now?))
Salem rolled his eyes, "Yeah easy for you to say." He was unable to interact with anyone without killing them in the past. It wasn't just his wife and son he killed over the years learning control. he lost his temper too easily and well the wolf was far to easily provoked.
