All Souls Trilogy by Deborah Harkness. I know there is already a TV series being made, based on these books, but I dont agree with their casting - not for the two main characters at least. I think Olivier Martinez should play Matthew and Amy Adams should be Diana. Matthew should be played by a frenchman and Olivier is French. Diana is described as having auburn hair and Amy has red/auburn hair. While I do know who Alex Kingston and Sorcha Cusack are, I am not familiar with the rest of the cast. And we do not get the one TV Channel that currently airs this series. I am hoping that it will show up on Netflix - eventually...

I think Alex Kingston is good casting. I think she would have made a good Diana if younger. I think of someone like her or Debra Messing with her curly hair as having the look I picture.
