Seeing Red is the theme for February. "Read a book with the word ‘red’ in the title OR a book with a red-ish cover. Bonus if it has both."

Comment below with your book choices and suggestions! Mark it CHALLENGE COMPLETE if you've read the book.

Here are a couple of book suggestions from us:

Red Rising (Red Rising, #1) by Pierce Brown All Systems Red (The Murderbot Diaries, #1) by Martha Wells A Court of Thorns and Roses (A Court of Thorns and Roses, #1) by Sarah J. I really hope you love this! It gets even better as you read on past the first novella.

I'm going to read Dark Matter by Blake Crouch . Can't believe I haven't read it yet! I told myself I had to read it before I'd let myself read Recursion. That's my incentive. :)

message 13: by Traci (new)

Traci (scraptraci) | 45 comments I am planning to read Red Joan by Jennie Rooney or The Red Address book by Sofia Lundberg

message 14: by Cecil (new)

Cecil Huston | 234 comments Another suggestion for a red cover book... Magpie Murders by Anthony Horowitz

message 15: by Joosje (new)

Joosje | 54 comments I chose A redbird Christmas A Redbird Christmas by Fannie Flagg . Fannie Flagg is one of my favourite authors, her books about little villages with many quircky characters and kind people always make me feel good. This book has Christmas in the title, but only a small part of it takes place at Christmas. I loved reading it.

message 16: by Cecil (new)

Cecil Huston | 234 comments Reading “Crimson Shore”, by Preston & Child. #15 in the Pendergast series, but a first for me. Pretty good so far, more review to come. (Red cover too.) 😉

message 21: by Simone (new)

Simone (simonec75) I finished the February challenge. I read this book which has both the word RED in the title and some red on the cover:

Red, White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston
Completed on Feb. 13

message 22: by Sara Archibald (new)

Sara Archibald | 6 comments I finished the February challenge reading All Systems Red. Since it was so short I went ahead and finished the rest of the series as well. It was one of the better
Sci-fi reads I have found in a while and I highly recommend it. Now I just have to figure out why I find a character named Murderbot so relatable🙃

Traci (scraptraci) | 45 comments I read Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express. Always enjoyable to read books by her. I hadn't read this book in 20+ years and had forgotten how it went so I really enjoyed the reread. Now I will need to watch the movie
