Ooh thank you! Maybe you can help me with finding the Group Shelves cos i can't find them anywhere!

message 4: by Rosemarie (new)

Rosemarie | 1568 comments Jazzy, go to the group's home page using the website, not the app, and click on group bookshelf
The list is there by whether it has been read, currently reading or to-read. Therw are a lot of books on the list.

I think the problem is no one tells you where to find 'bookshelf' and it is extremely tiny tiny print so it just looked like a blur to me. I had looked through all the threads, but had to look online for where to find it with drawings and diagrams! :)

message 8: by Rosemarie (new)

Rosemarie | 1568 comments I know how complicated goodreads can be. When I first joined I used only the app and missed out on a lot, like the group Bookshelf and links to books.

Jazzy Lemon (jazzylemon) | 254 comments What is this 'Bigger Read List?' I don't know what it means.

I agree with Rosemarie, the app is horrible. You can't do or see a lot of things on there.

Jazzy Lemon (jazzylemon) | 254 comments Thank you Katy, Bob, and Lynn! I have had a most marvellous time, some books were longer, some were shorter, and it's not over yet because I have so many more challenges to do! xx

Has everyone else been enjoying their books so far?

Has everyone els..."

I read two contemporary books that I would never have picked on my own. Both are from the group bookshelf. One was a murder mystery, sort of, and the other a spy novel. I gave them both 4 stars. Both books Snow Falling on Cedars and Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy were densely written and it was essential to pay attention to the details, so in both I actually reread chapters here and there to make sure I had not missed anything. I am looking for something lighter and quicker to read next.
