essïe Raven had grown quickly frustrated how fast her Nana had rushed her to leave. "Good luck, my love." She said, kissing Raven on the cheek then jumping back in the cab. She had left her at the airport and Raven had made that a mental memory to torment her Nana for a very long time. Raven was brought back to reality when the lady told her what her dorm number was. She'd be sharing it with some girl named Rosalyn. Her name certainly sounded sweet.
Raven had been told that this would help her with her, "disability" and she would feel comfortable because the people here had similar problems. Whatever that ment. When Raven got to the dorms door she was hesitant but squeezed her eyes shut, here we go. Suck it up, Raven. She thought to herself. She did that a lot.
Raven swung open the door and the first thing she saw was blonde hair. A blonde roommate..alright. Raven stand in the doorway, looking around, her black suitcase by her side along with a bag hanging on her shoulders. So far, so.. not shitty.

essïe Raven looked back at the girl. "I know." She mutterd. Raven wasn't much of a talker, but she definitely always had things running through her head. Raven moved away from the door then sat her bag on the last bed available. Raven looked around, her bed was already made and the dorm seemed fairly nice. Raven looked back at the girl and the first thing she saw was her scars.
Raven didn't pay too much mind to them nor did she question them, she certainly thought of it before. And it's not like any of these kids would have judged her anyway, right? It wasn't as obvious to why she was here, only those who truly looked would know. Raven was a little skinnier then appropriate but not necessarily boney. Though, if she kept what she had going on she'd probably look worse. So, only those who really played attention would most likely assume why she was here. Raven sat on the edge of her bed, looking back at the girl with her piercing blue eyes she said, "Raven."

essïe Raven tilted her head, studying the girl quietly. "Art." She said simply. She didn't say much more for she was very intrigued by this new face. She seemed nervous and uncomfortable. Guess Raven had that affect. Raven watched as the girl hid her scars and she sighed, laying on her back and staring up at the ceiling.
"Stop hiding them. I saw them and even if I did judge you they'd still be there. You had pain, I get that. They left scars, get over it." She mutterd. Raven rarely said so much to a person she just met but she didn't want the girl to feel so insecure of something that ment nothing here. Especially to her. Raven bit her lip, was what she said harsh? She wouldn't know. Keep your mouth shut, idiot. She thought to herself quietly.

essïe Raven nodded, "Who is? And don't get comfortable. Sure, they'll be people who accept you but others won't take it so easy. All because we're simply different." Ravens accent was quite obvious now but she simply brushed it off. She didn't know why she was talking so much to her. She barely made a remark to anyone and she quickly shut her mouth. Raven almost felt bad for the girl, she's been hiding, for God knows how long with no one to help her. But as said, Raven almost felt bad. Then she quickly remembered that that's what everyone here's for. Because they're alone and need help. Raven sighed and asked quietly, "What's your talent?"
