Lisa | 10 comments Seems like fewer people are talking about the books. Are we going to have anyone left by the time we get to the end?

Dlb (dlb1040) | 33 comments I don’t know, the holiday season probably slowed things down. Thinking discussions will probably pick up again with the next book and Christmas vacations behind us.

Tammy Kesteloot (tammyk673) | 8 comments I am trying to catch up..lol the holidays slowed me down and I am only now on Ch 20 of a few demons more. Im hoping to have it finished... or almost finished by the 7th

John D | 3 comments Yes! The end of year festivities always wreck havoc with my reading! Like someone else commented, I’m trying to catch up!

Valerie | 39 comments I had the opposite problem, as soon as the read-along started I read the first 5 books in a couple of weeks, then had to stop myself or I’d be done by now. I’m going to try my hardest to follow the schedule from now on so I’m not trying to participate in discussions about books that I read 2 months ago! Looking forward to The Outlaw Demon Wails, it’s one of my top faves!

Dlb (dlb1040) | 33 comments While on vacation I did the same thing; I had too much time to listen and read. Pale Demon is one of my favorites and I finished that the day after Christmas. I am making myself pause for a few because If not, I’d be done by February🤓

Almost Ditto. I also read quickly and absolutely devour the books. But, I'm trying to slow myself down and keep to the schedule as closely as I can. Also, sometimes, I'll read a book and then listen to it on Audible or vise versa, during the book's scheduled time.

The conversations about different points are fun and thoughtful. They "slow" me down too - which is a good thing.

All in all, a great experience. Thank you Kim, for a fantastic series!

OH! And the Holidays did keep me off the computer. We traveled this holiday season and I read, but just wasn't on the computer much.

Sandra (roncevaux) | 26 comments I also had to stop myself from reading them all way to fast. It was so good to read them, I had forgotten somethings, while other things I remember exactly.

Dawn W (tesslacoil) | 56 comments I was reading them too fast so am reading 4 other books until we catch up. I knew the holidays would set everyone back for posting and following along.

Yes! This was my "problem" at first too. I stopped at "For a Few Demons More" and have been taking my time with this re-read; taking lots of notes and marking pages for discussion for this re-read and for a book club. Otherwise, I would totally binge! Also, I have added another re-read so that I have two series that I'm working through at the same time.

Marsha | 31 comments I have reread the entire series, twice. Now I'm rereading J. D. Robb.

Jessi Overton (pixibella) | 25 comments Holiday travel & family time did not leave a lot of discussion room. I think now that the holidays are over things will pick back up.

@Marsha I love the In Death novels I reread them every year before I read the year’s new book and I always learn something new. Actually Eve & Roarke remind me of a more mature Rachel & Trent.

That could be a discussion other book couples that remind you of couples from The Hollows

I am so glad I am not the only person who had this problem. I have now slowed down enough that I can do the comments. It is very hard for me to do. I want to binge so bad.

Becky Collins | 4 comments I read ahead to this book and then paused for life... now I’m back and 2 books behind. Lol
