Thought I would share that L.J. Sellers has books 1 thru 8, from the Det. Jackson series part of the Year End Deals on amazon.com and they are currently $1.99. Six are listed on the first page and two on the second.

Any Stephen King fans in the UK? Joyland is on a Kindle Daily Deal for today 11th February. Might be on offer in other territories too, worth checking out.

Disappointed by Hachette's stand against amazon.com. Have read several of their authors, just feel they were wrong. Let's face it, if your option is B&N, Sam's Club for big name authors, then you realise that amazon.com is the greatest resource for a reader.

As a sell published author, my reach would significantly suffer if Amazon didn't exist.

But this stand off has become a philosophical one and I cringe when some big name authors and publishers take the stand that trad publishing is saving the literary world from mayhem.

Have you filled out your favorite author section on Bookbub Janet? I have had some great bargains since I did that. But i agree, a lot of what they offer is not to my taste, but every now and then there is a gem 8:D
And it doesn't take long to look through the offerings and then hit the delete button.

I really enjoyed that book, read it some time ago. I checked and saw she has a new book out Ugly Young Things, so I'm going to buy that.

I just bought Kurt Vonnegut's Fates Worse Than Death on Amazon for $1.99. I really enjoyed Slaughterhouse Five, and while this is actually a collection of essays, I think it'll be a pretty interesting read.
