Also, for those interested, Lawrence is starting a sequel (?) series set in the same world with different characters. First book of new trilogy releases in April: The Girl and the Stars.

Ethan | 12 comments Gotta be honest, this book has been a drag for me. I really have not been enjoying any of the convent setting. I just find the whole classroom/students thing really boring, not to mention the writing style just felt a little bland. I enjoy getting glimpses of the world building, but I’d rather the story be there.

Don’t think I’ll finish the book this month (as I’m only half way through), but when I do I’ll post my review here.
