Suburban neighbourhood with white picket fences, cookie-cutter houses and small parks with a nearby elementary school. Its populace is pretty much just ferals and most of the houses have been raided, but there are still some useful things if you look carefully enough. (Famously home to "Feral Cheryl", the soccer mom who turned feral inside her minivan and couldn't get out.)
