Here, you can discuss who you would like your tribute to ally up with. e.g: Cameron Hash, District 3 -> Lucas Brown, District 12 . . which will then lead to discussions about whether the person who is Lucas Brown can accept or decline the alliance. I will make a list of the alliances, so if one of them is broken, I will delete it.
You can also RP your tribute talking to your Mentor, discussing other tribute's talents and, if you like, RP with your district partner.

Any spamming comments will be removed.

Yes. Maybe they can join together in the Training Center and both be like "Oh, I hate that tribute, they're so annoying" and then the other can be like "In the Arena, I'll strangle them" or whatever, then they can become best buddies from there! xD
