Hello!
The theme chosen for February's BOTM is...

Medieval Fantasy!!!!!

Everyone can suggest a book that is a medieval fantasy, so set during medieval times or having something to do with that time period! Make sure books have Young Adult (YA) as a genre.

apparently Throne of Glass is a medieval fantasy so my suggestion from last time still stands, and my second suggestion is Shadow and Bone

I would say shadow and bone too

I always wanted to read the princess bride
So that would be my suggestion

Going, to be honest, I don't know any medieval books off the top of my heads, or any books that may be medieval.

I think The Lost Prince, and the other books in that series.

I would suggest either Poison Study or Finnikin of the Rock :)

I’m already going to buddy read Throne of Glass with someone, and I would love to pop into a group read also if you did one!! I also didn’t know it was medieval, but that’s kinda cool!

Does The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe count? It’s the only remotely medieval thing I’ve ever read and it was good..?

I would also still stick with An Ember in the Ashes, An Ember in the Ashes

but Poison Study seems interesting too, Poison Study

Hmm I don't think this would work for medieval fantasy as it is set in WWII- unless you know something about it that I don't? ;)

Sure! Maybe we could do an open month where any type of book could be suggested and take a break from doing a themed BOTM.

I think the Mistborn Trilogy by Brandon Sanderson is Medieval Fantasy. I’ve never read it, but I’ve heard good things!!
