My sister actually worked for princess cruises as a letter writer for complaining passengers.

The best letter that they ever received has become legend. A single women went on a cruise. She met some crewman and ended up being seduced by him. She was writing because she had been a virgin, and she was terrible upset that this had happened to her! She blamed the cruise line for hiring this guy. And she wanted her money back.

Unfortunately, I can't really do justice to the story, because the way the letter was written was funny in itself. She was pathetic.
