Typhoon in book 10 is an Icewing Seawing Hybrid, there was a competition and the winner got their character in the series, the person who made Typhoon won.
Chameleon is unable to sleep for more than an hour at a time so he was banished that is why he can't change colors, is grumpy, and is literally psychotic

Tui has confirmed that there'll be no Wings of Fire movie, Kinkajou won't get a book, and that she has no idea weather or not Prince Albatross was an IceWing hybrid or not. (He was most likely just a full SeaWing.)
There is a possibility that Turtle's animus powers are more powerful than Darkstalker since he quite easily made Anemone an Animus but Darkstalker said to a Nightwing that is was impossible to make more an animus with animus abilities (he could have been lying tho)
A wings of fire t.v. show is in production made by Ava Duvernay and Warner bros. no further info however, Tui has said that she wants to make plushies after the show airs
Technically Hivewings are an entire tribe of hybrids since they are descended from Nightwings and Beetlewings

(tw for gore(?)/injuries) SilkWings have their initials and those of their biological parents carved into their palm at a very young age! Apparently that is one of the things the HiveWings used to identify them when they went places.
