Detect Secrets Role-Play discussion

Iris walked in and set her stuff down by a bed. she started sketching the desk lady. it was a splitting image of her.

Hani got to the dorm and knocked on the door, "Hello?" she said and pushed it open. She bit her lip and tugged on her hair, she hoped her dorm mate was nice.

"whosthat" Irus called from her room

"I'm Hani, your dorm mate," she replied and followed the voice to it's source, "Hi," she said, "What's your name?" she asked

"Iris" Irus goes back to drawing the desk person. she flicks a long black lock of her hair out of her face

Hani nodded, "Nice to meet you Iris," she said, "What do you like to do?" she asked her, trying to start a conversation

"sketch" she answered erasing lines on her sketch

Hani nodded, "Cool," she said and gave her hair another tug, she had to think of something interesting to say, "Um.... " she tried, "What are you drawing?" she asked

"the lady out in the front" she nods to the door "sketching helps me think" she pulls out a micron and starts lineng

Hani nodded again then realized that she was nodding too much and stopped, "Neat! May I see?" she asked

"uh i guess?" she hands the sketchbook to Hani

Hani looked at the drawing, "Oh, wow!" she said, "That's really well done!" she said

"oh, thanks" Iris took back the sketchbook. no one had ever said that to her before

Hani nodded, "I love the detail!" she said

"yea, I used to be a sketch artist for the NYPD(New York police department)" she pauses "but then my family moved and other stuff" she started lining agin. these were bad memories. "then these guys wanted me for there detective stuff and i didn't have a life anymore so it was something to take my mind off of." she pauses again "other stuff" she says as she shudders at the memories

Hani frowned, "What other stuff?" she asked, "If I'm being rude or you don't want to answer, you don't have too," she said

"I-its complicated but let's just say I didn't have the best parents" she pulls out some watercolor brushes from her backpack

Hani nodded, "I'm sorry," she said

"yeah your fine" she starts to color the drawing "we better get some sleep big day tomorrow and all that" she stops coloring the drawing and blows on it to let it dry a little before putting it on the bedside table

Hani nodded and walked to her bed

Iris didn't sleep for a little more like she stared at the ceiling for an hour debating her words to Hani. then she closes her eyes and tries not to dream no night.

she had enough nightmares already

Hani fell asleep wondering what the next day would hold. What would the classes be like? Would she do good? These questions, and many more she would only get the answer to the next day.

(they sleep) Iris woke with a start and got into her fighting position. she looks around and realizes that she was just afraid of her alarm on her phone.she sighs I hope no one saw that she thinks as she goes to her suitcase for her clothes

Hani woke up and saw Iris jumping around, "Good morning," she said with a yawn. She went to get clothes from her suitcase and got dressed.

"yeah, mornin." Iris takes her clothes to the bathroom to get dressed

(she has a like Brooklyn, English accent)

Hani stretched, "How are you today? Did you sleep well?" she asked

"Yeah I guess" Iris walks out with a camo outfit on and a black bandana tied around her neck

Hani nodded, "Good," she said

Iris sat down at a desk with her masterpiece from last night and started to color it agin

Iris ran in and grabbed a bag, stuffed her books in her bag, then ran out.

Iris opeand the door to her dorm, she put the scetch book on her desk and plopped down on her bed.

Hani was sitting on her bed, doing homework, "Hi," she said absentmindedly.

"hi" Iris mumbled trough a pillow

Hani frowned at her, "What's wrong?" she asked

"tired" she sat up and started reading a book

Hani nodded and laughed, "So do you like that Hooded Kid?" she asked

"I never said that!" Iris said defensively

Hani smirked, "Mhm!" she said, "I know you didn't," she said

"so why did you ask then" Iris shook her head

{hoodie hasent adimided yet do, are we gonna do the kidnapping thing}

Hani smiled, "You like him," she said confidently

"no.." Iris answered covering her face with the book

Hani laughed, "You totally do!" she said, "I mean, why else would you be hiding under a book?" she asked

Hani peeled the book off Iris's face, "Right....." she said, "So what's your ship name?" she asked, "I'm thinking Incogiris? What do you think?" she asked

Iris sighed and slinked down the bed, "no" she said
