Percy Jackson is Awesome!!! discussion

Okie so this is going to be where I start off and write a paragraph and then someone else comments a paragraph and then it's a giant story! (Please take this seriously, because it's a good exercise if you're an aspiring writer.)

*ahem*

Once upon a time there was two little children. One was a boy and the other was a girl. Both were 7 years old, and both were best friends.

*dramatically clears throat and panics because what no one besides my teachers have ever read my writing*

The two dreamed of adventure, but pretended as best as they could. The tree house in her backyard was their pirate ship and the refrigerator box from his family’s kitchen remodel was their rocket. They couldn't do much but play pretend day after day, year after year. A change - that was what they needed, but all they could do was hope. All they could do was dream.

The girl's name was Jenna and the boy's name was Mason. After years and years of playing pretend and dreaming Mason finally proposed they have a real adventure.

It was the summer before their senior year of high school and Mason and Jenna were getting frozen yogurt.
