Personality: Elizabeth is a polite, friendly girl who loves to make people happy. She can seem shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she'll be happy to be your friend. Elizabeth is sarcastic and honest. She will usually say what is on her mind and most of the time, it's not nice. However, many of her friends love her because of her honesty and they know she'll never lie or betray them. Elizabeth can also be very harsh or mean. History: Elizabeth grew up in Albany, New York and a majority of her life was enjoyable. Her parents sent her to a boarding school due to some complications at home, but she didn't mind. Elizabeth had many friends at that school and was somewhat popular. She tried to be nice to everyone no matter who they were. Once she was done at the boarding school, Elizabeth started to study nursing. She was sent down to New Orleans to help with hurricane survivors. One night, exploring the streets, when she thought she heard something. When telling the next part, Elizabeth usually can't remember. She just remembers waking up in the morning to see her body, her lifeless eyes staring up at the gray sky and police officers covering her with that dreading white blanket. Elizabeth was confused and slightly angry. Who did this to her and why was she still here?

Ever since the flood of tourists, she has become more scornful to humans. Her calmness can evolve into violence in the blink of an eye. The majority of her actions are thoroughly thought through, believing in logic over emotions.

History
Dubaku and her large family originated in West Africa, off the coast of Liberia. They had been there for generations, until the bounty for Ikaki rose, making their teeth and scales extremely valuable. After years of living in fear, her pod managed to escape the cost. They planned on migrating to Louisiana, a place rumored for its peace and acceptance of her kind. One by one, her family members were weeded out by unfamiliar predators and deep-sea huntsmen. Dubaku had almost been caught after being clipped by a harpoon, tearing the edge of her fin. By the time they reached Loiusana, only herself and her brother remained. There, they lived in peace for generations, until the city crowded with new faces.

Personality: Elegant, graceful, dainty, and a total snob. He's very critical, and gets bored very easily. Like most emeres, he's vain. Unlike most emere's, he gets lonely and is often seen helping out witches during hunts just to entertain himself.
Flaws: Is kinda hated by the witches because of his critical mannerisms, he will not hesitate to point out another person's flaws.
Strengths Incredibly helpful. Can predict attacks from supernatural creatures, and often blesses the voodoo witches ceremonies.

History
Between the 16th and 17th century, the Oyo empire became one of the most politically important African states. They had a strong army, a centralized government, and a flourishing economy. It was not uncommon for an emere to float down from the spirit world to chill among the rich, blessing the marriages, and helping witches. It was a good time, and the emere wanted the best of both worlds.

Keyon was one of those emere's. His curiosity towards the humans was unsatiable. They had some wicked parties and hot chicks. But as the empire came to crash and burn during the 18th century, the emere stayed away from Africa. Things got really bad when the Britsh stared drawing lines and confining African tribe into states. The Oyo Empire became Nigeria. Though they saw the catastrophe coming (emere's can see the future) that did not stop there vengeful nature.

Keyon among others banded together with the voodoo witches of Nigeria. They created a powerful spell that would bring justice to their land, and bring vengeance to those that tried to fight back. But it failed, even with the emere's help.

How Keyon ended up in New Orleans was unclear. He could've just stayed in the spirit world for a few hundred years, only to come out when his world was shifted to New Orleans. Or he could've been banished as a result of the spell. No one knows, but one thing is clear. Keyon will try the spell again, no matter what the cost.

History
Lehkan originated in Algeria, where he lived the first hundred years of his life before being captured and boarded up for slave trade (whether this was intentional or not is debatable). Unaware of the beast they had brought aboard, the Europeans kept him with the rest of the prisoners and set off to the Americas. The captain was the only crew member to survive the trip, due solely to the fact that Lehkan needed a way to reach land again. As soon as they reached the docks, the Adeze feasted on him as well.
Being one of the first of Adeze in the Americas, he quickly became feared and respected by the creatures that lived there. All of this went down in flames when he was tricked by a male witch. The boy had promised a taste of his immortal blood to Lehkan. He agreed to the voodoo prince's conditions. He was too late to go back when he realized he had been tricked. For that, he was mocked and shunned for generations for being fooled by a measly witch.Every creature to offend him was taken down, and now all that remains of his mistake is the passion he carries for revenge.

Selkra at 7 years of age was abducted by a person wanting to abuse her power, being taken away from her birthplace she has no idea where she originated. after becoming captive a mistake in transport misplaced her positioning in a village at age 9 when her captor had to move. a local child of the village found her soon after and he brought her to his parents who preceded to help raise her. at age 17 he old captor found her again and came to recollect Selkra. when the man's forces came to the village the people she had grown up with were massacred from the captor's lust for power.

Selkra went on an aggressive fit against the invading force but before she could confront her captor the boy who had taken care of (older now of course) told her to stop fighting, not to use violence to solve her problems and so she fled swiftly as once again her home was taken by that man but this time they also took someone she liked dearly. she had continued to run until the age of 23 to which she now thinks it's time she might try to settle down again.

But in Haiti, while Igbo culture still had its influences, twins were not shunned by the community. When Ekun and Dayo were born, they both were radiating with power. Ekun was the darkness, and Dayo was the light. Yin and yang. Not one without the other.

Together they played a large role in the popularization of Haitian voodoo in America. Journalists from all over the world would flock down to the Caribbean just to witness the two in action. They could heal, control spirits, become possessed and control Red magic. Soon there parents began to see the lust for power dirty the once good morals they had. They broke many rules due to their arrogance.

The most severe one being the release of an evil spirit that let out a plague that nearly killed half the island's population. What would the twins gain? Immortality. The spirit was an adze, so together, Ekun and Dayo were bitten. A small group of good witches banished the twins to the Spirit World to end their reign of terror. They have been trapped for over 80 years.

But the Shift occurred, and they were released from their prison. As of now they roam New Orleans, forming ties with gangs and selling drugs. They are generally unknown among humans, but the witch community will do everything in their power to stop them.

He is the brawn of the drug trade, his sister the brains. Whenever the adze want to send a 'message', they send Dayo to enact it.
