College Students! discussion

Any thoughts on this series? I bought the ebook edition because it was way cheap and I was slightly curious about it. Just started last week and I can't help but think this way too similar to Twilight for me to fully appreciate. Plus I am not much of a dog person, so I don't know if I can fully appreciate all the wolf-love...
