I went ahead and made this so we could talk about it :)
I love the intro, Dana! It sounds very intriguing and mysterious!
I love the intro, Dana! It sounds very intriguing and mysterious!
I'll try and post 2(?) different posts tonight (at like 1 AM) I have ideas for two characters that I'm 100% sure about their age but not their gender. We will have to see... :P
Lol yeah I didn't feel like changing it. But literally I have 3 finals to take and then I am done and will be able to write the entire break. Thank you for being patient <3
Im working on my first posts now. They are just going to be character backgrounds because I would prefer that Dana, you post the first part of the story when the creatures get introduced.
In the description in the character creator you said there are fairy tale creatures or something like that. Idk what you mean 100%
I don't know if this was Dana's intention or not, but what I understood from her post was that the mention of creatures was kind of just an introduction to the kind of world we are creating and not necessarily the center of the story. So I think we should just write and see what happens
Kate's right - I just meant it to set the tone. There certainly can be fairy tale creatures, but there doesn't have to be. : )
Oh, very nice - and chock full of potential leads too, which is very useful. : )Happy holidays, everyone!
Sorry guys - I was having problems figuring out what should happen in my next post. I've finally got an idea though, so I should have something up soon. : )
Sorry it's been forever :( I just couldn't really think of anything to post, especially since we just started the story and I'm still trying to feel out my character and the setting. So even though it's short, I hope my post helps us keep on rolling and get this story going :)

This thread is also to be used for discussing the story of "Jacob's Brood" and clear up any ideas/dialog/ or other parts written that need to be talked about in depth so the other members who are writing have a clearer understanding of what has already been written.
As always please do not discuss upcoming evens or ask someone to do something in their writing. ~Everyone has equal say in control of the story~
