Lyrical discussion

Hey guys, I thought for this competition since it is my first one, we would do beginnings. So any song about beginnings. It will start today and end February 24th. Have fun!

Unfortunately, I just received a message today (Feb. 26th) to tell me about this competition. which is 2 days after it's over. I'm not sure why it took so long for the message to get to me. (I have been having some technical problems at Goodreads.) Oh well, maybe I'll get into the next one.
Just a comment so you know that I didn't purposely not enter. I'm glad to see things are still progressing and I'm looking forward to when the song (from the first cycle of contests) is completed and we hopefully get to hear it.
