For anyone who is from district 1 or when the victory tour is happening.

Lucinda weaves through the streets of the Capital, avoiding the chatter of the people.

Sparkle walked through the streets. She had finished the diamond bracelet that she had been making from scrap materials, and now she was going to sell it. She knew one of the peacekeepers, a middle-aged woman named Clarrise, had a soft spot for shiny things.

Taylor got out of her house squinting at the sky, was it just her or was it far too bright out today?

(Can I roleplay Velecity before she was in the games?)

(Sure! i guess that dead characters or Characters that are in the Hunger Games can play in the districts.)

Velecity walks here, smiling.
"It's a good day for training." She whispers.

Luna sighed and sat down
watching the Hunger Games and seeing people win made her want to go even more

Velecity walks up to Taylor.
"Hey, Taylor. Have you watched the Games yet? I'm planning on volunteering as soon as I can."

(Yeah, I know! So this is basically them pre-Games, right?)

(Yeah, sorry i meant that the characters are Roleplayed as before they are reaped, i was being dramatic.)

Taylor smiled to a old lady as she pasted dressed far to inappropriately for her age. "hello miss goarla." she said to her.

"hello stupid." said the old lady. Taylor furrowed her brow. why did everyone call her that?

Taylor walked pass, shaking off the insult. They had started calling her that ever sense she said she didn't watch the Hunger Games. she didn't know why that made every dislike her, but she trudged on, ignoring most of them, though they still hurt her feelings. what even was the Hunger Games?

Soiree entered from Victor's Village.

Soiree waved slightly. "Hey, I'm Soiree."

"Hey Emerson!" She smiled tiredly. "So, the Hunger Games, right? I'm sure you saw me...."

Soiree nodded back. "Yeah...."

"I um," Soiree replied. "I... Found a boyfriend and a giant bear shark. Then hid out until I killed my boyfriend and two other people...."

Adira sat outside her house unable to watch Luna die on the screen please don't die I need you

a thin tall woman poked her head out of the door of Adria's house " you can come in now " the woman whispers " Luna has fallen asleep "

Adria nods and trudges inside

"Thanks, I guess," Soiree replied.

Adria decided right there and then that she would volunteer as a tribute for the next Hunger Games to avenge Luna

Soiree watched, her face dark, remembering what happened in her own Hunger Games.

Adria starts crying remembering all Luna and her did together

District 1 is disappointed that Velecity or any of their other tributes didn't win Hunger Games 4. Oh well. At least they've got Soiree
