Annabella sat on the slightly cold floor of the practice studio. Her tanned hands slowly laced up her pointe shoes as she got ready for a long day. Once her shoes were on, she pulled her brown hair back into a braid and stood. The petite girl slightly hoped no one else had the same idea as her and she could just practice on her own.

Callisto finished putting her braided bun up and patted her dark hair. she flung her ballet bag over her shoulder as she entered the studio. pointe shoes on she headed to the bar. she started doing plies. she was a bit dissapointed she wasn't alone she had been hoping to practice her routine by herself. that was impossible now. " hello i'm Callisto." she went on from piles to Demi & Grand Pliés and tendus, and some Sous sous. this was her warm up now it was time to stretch.

Annabella looked up with a small smile, "Hello. I'm Annabella." She said quietly. She looked back down as she grabbed onto the bar, doing simple warm up routines to stretch out her knee. The small girl was still getting used to dancing again and her fear off hurting herself again was crawling at her throat. With a small sigh, she returned her thoughts back to warming up.

callisto started doing more complicated turns her feet flying barley staying on the ground. her ankles started to hurt from being on point for so long but she kept on going. dance to impress, dance. she settled in a swan pose and drew up going back to simple turns. she loved to dance and got caught up in the moment it felt as if was flying " don't you just love it, dance?" she turned her head her bright eyes shining.

Annabella watched her from the mirror, her hands growing slightly sweaty as she realized how good she was. As the girl faced her, Annabella smiled, "Yeah, it's amazing." She said with a small amount of enthusiasm.

Callisto tilted her head a bit confused with what little enthusiasm the girl had, " yeah, how long have you been dancing?" she went back to simple plies. she was just started to feel tired if only she could dance like that all the time with no judging eyes and whirling feet.

"About ten years." Annabella told her, "But, I-I just got back to it a few weeks ago." She admitted, frowning slightly as she went back to the painful moments. The small girl shook her head slightly to get rid of the thoughts, "And you?" She asked as she started to do rises, warming up her ankles.

" since i was three, did you get an injury?" she would hate having an injury it would mean no dancing. and if she didn't practice she wouldn't be perfect she needed to be perfect. she couldn't with no practice she was awful and she needed to keep on practicing. to get perfection to get better.

Annabella nodded, "Yeah. I dislocated my knee and tore a few tendons." She said softly. She looked down at her knee slightly before instinctively bending it to relieve the tightness, "It's fine now though," She tried to sound persuasive, "Hopefully." She barely whispered.

" that's good, how did you do that? it must have been very painful." she rubbed her knee in sympathy. she had once broke her hand but had kept on dancing. it had hurt like crazy every single second. to have it on her knee would have been worse. she might have kept on dancing. though that might make it worse.

"I was trying to do an advanced jump twirl but I landed wrong." Annabella explained. She let out a slight chuckle, "I would say it hurt a lot but I don't remember much of it. I would keep dancing and so I kept hurting it again. I was on a lot of pain medication at the time." She said with a soft smile.
