Well then invite all your friends and have them invite their friends! Then maybe some of those people won't already be a part of the groups, and maybe one of the new people might promote a group you decide to join!

I have a lot of friends. Every group I join they mostly follow. I feel like I'm being stalked sometimes

I don't think you're being stalked, I think they just like roleplaying with you and trust your judgement.

No, it's not normal at all. You should approach a teacher or an adult you trust for advice. Also maybe ask your dad to take your address off his page.

Good for you! I wish people liked me that much honestly. They probably just think you're cool. It's not a bad thing to be admired. But if you are really uncomfortable, you can talk to your friends about it and get them to back off a little. They might not even be following you. I often join groups because I want to, then afterwards find out my friends are there too, just on accident.

To add links, just copy and paste. Also, if you're not the mod of the group, you should probably check with a mod to see if it's okay to put the group here. If you have any groups you're a mod of let me know which and I can add them to this group.

Ah. Well, you can go to the group and scroll down to the members section. Then click the invite and once you're there, there's a tab labelled manual. Click that and you can copy that link by clicking the copy button.

Hey hey! I’m RealmWalker! But ya’ll Can call me anything s’long as it’s appropriate! I’m a mod for a small handful of active groups- but there’s some previous, and slightly un-active groups I’ve made and helped out with too! I’m mainly slapped into a group as a mod because I’m a HUGE organizer. I also get things done quickly- what people wanna do in over the timespan of a week? I do in a handful of hours- (if I’m not busy lol)
I’m active on GR’s one the weekdays, but not so much as the weekends. With the upcoming track season- and with my ma being a teacher and the head of prom comity- I’m gonna be busy- but that doesn’t mean I won’t be active or checking my email!

how should I promote my group?

Create a topic with a link to the group and a description of it. you can copy the description from the group's homepage if you'd like.

More idea to promote your group after you've done that:
-invite people you think would like the group to join, but don't invite people who wouldn't ignore it
-advertise it in chat groups but not in the chat of other roleplays (unless the mods give you permission) when it's in the chat of other roleplays, especially as just a link, it feels desperate and annoying.
-post it on your wall
-put it in your profile description

that's also how i show that a topic is official
