I would like to finally finish 4/6 of my books~ Why oh why do I do that to myself and start a new book before finishing an old?!
Count me in! My goal for this year was 30 books, which became 50 books yesterday. Maybe I can make it to 55 (though I'd love 60) before 2014 ends!
I'm in, sounds like fun! I've not had much chance to get involved with group stuff this year so looking forward to it :-)
Lauren wrote: "I'm in. Is there anywhere we can make a tbr list for the readathon?"Lauren, if you want to create one here (and edit your sign-up post), that's totally fine! I might do that, too! :)
Am in. No idea how I am gonna work it out, since finals start on 1st January, but... this is fun! :D
RebeccaS wrote: "I don't have any idea how much time I'll have to read during this holiday time, but I'll sign up!"Even if you only read one book, that's one more book then we would have had! For this readathon, every book counts! ;)
I'm in! I haven't been active in this group for quite some time so it'd be a great way to get involved again.

Last year, we had a great time doing a 12 day Holiday readathon as a great end of the year/school is over READING CELEBRATION!
So, of course we are doing it again!
The 12 Days of Christmas Readathon will take place from midnight Friday December 19th - Tuesday December 30th at 11:59.
The goal of this collective readathon is simple. We as a group want to get to Stage 12 in 12 days! Ususally each stage (one for each of the 12 days of Christmas) takes 10 books to complete, but since we had such a successful readathon last year, THIS YEAR each stage will be 20 books! So, in 12 days, we as a group are trying to read 240 books!
Rules for the Readathon
1. Books that are 100 pages or more will count!
2. Any format will do! Book, E-Book, Audiobooks, Graphic Novels.....Any format!
3. As long as you have at least 100 pages left in the book you are reading when the clock starts midnight on the 19th, you can count the book you are currently reading for the readathon. It's all on the honor system ;-)
4. No logs for this readathon. When you finish a book, just let me know in a new comment. You can have multiple books in a comment, but don't go back and edit previous comments. This will help me keep a count.
5. There is no minimum number of books you have to read to participate. If you read 10 books, GREAT! If you read 1 book, GREAT! We are working together, so EVERY book counts!
6. If you don't get a chance to sign up before the readathon starts, YOU CAN STILL JOIN US! No worries!
6. Have fun! This is no stress! You can set goals if you want when you sign up for your personal records, but it's just a fun way to collectively read and enjoy the holiday!
Ask me any questions you may have!
EDIT: If you want to use your sign-up post as a TBR list for this readathon for yourself, go right ahead! Just remember to add the books that you finish to the readathon thread! ;)
