I have not read any books by Ruta Sepetys. I enjoy reading historical fiction, particularly when they revolve around more recent historical events (i.e., after World War II). Therefore, this book sounds interesting to me. I also have a friend who recently read this book and loved it, which made me want to read it all the more.
