Task 1: A Book Written By Someone Under 25 Years Old
I'll start this challenge off with Purple Hibiscus, as I loveed Americanah when I read it earlier this year.
Bonjour Tristesse by Francoise Sagan. She was 18 when it was published, that sh!t cray! Also White Teeth bc I've owned it for ages.

Sweet, I saw on the Flavorwire list that Michael Chabon wrote The Mysteries of Pittsburgh before he was 25. I've been meaning to read it way too long, so this'll be an excellent opportunity.
The Black Moth or These Old Shades by Georgette Heyer would take care of the under-25 author and the Romance--too bad I've already read them!
I'm considering Frankenstein for my task 23, book written before 1850. But I might do it for task 1, still picking and choosing (I think that's the most fun)
White TeethIts been on my TBR for months now. I want to re-read Christmas Carol on Christmas. So perhaps White Teeth would be first read in 2015!
I plan to read A Season in Hell or, if I'm feeling ambitious, all of the poems of Arthur Rimbaud, since he stopped writing poetry before he reached the age of 21.

That's such a great book!
Cynthia wrote: "I am going for The Opposite of Loneliness. I have heard great things about it."I was lucky enough to win this one on here! Great suggestion as I didn't know that Marina Keegan was under 25 years old. :)

I'm going to go with this book as well. I have owned it for a long time and attempted to read it when it was first selected as part of Oprah's book club selection, but I couldn't get into it then. Time to try again.
I'm tackling this task first with Fitzgerald's This Side of Paradise ... But there are so many other good choices. I'm amazed by these writers who achieved genius at such young ages.

I think I'm going to read Frankenstein by Mary Shelley for this one!
My list shows that I own White Teeth, now if I could just find it! Otherwise I might use I Am Malala: The Girl Who Stood Up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban
A good list here as wellhttp://flavorwire.com/472486/25-autho...
I'm thinking -
It’s Kind of a Funny Story or Neon Bible
I'm planning on reading Bonjour Tristesse by Francoise Sagan. I think she was 18 or 19 when she wrote it.
For the YA fans, Victoria Schwab counts for Archived and Unbound. She just pointed that out on her twitter.
Leah wrote: "I'm psyched to start reading The Bone Season! It looks fantastic"So far, so good for me! Only about 100 pages in, though. Will read more tonight!
