Smirking, he jumped towards the sound, running as fast as he could. When he reached a femaled wolf, quite peculiar in looks, he stopped and looked at her. 'I assume that was you, trying to destroy my eardrums with your howl?' He asked.
Leandra jumped over a small stream, having heard howling. She followed the noise and ran into a couple of other wolves. "Hey."
((kay. Leandra is kinda klutsy and yet graceful.))
"I haven't seen many wolves around so it's surprising to see you guys."
"I haven't seen many wolves around so it's surprising to see you guys."
"I'm a loner so I see wolves rarely." She said.
"I'm mostly in my wolf form. I think humans are annoying. I'm Leandra by the way."
Leandra dipped her head in a manner of respect. "Nice to meet cha."
Leandra was stunned by how deep his voice was. "Uhh... Hi."
"Okay... I'm gonna go now." She turned tripping on a twig. She quickly regained her balance and turned. "That never happened."
"You to Jay. I hope I see more of you guys."
She changed into her human form near the edge of the forest and walked back to her small house.
Rourke walked through the forest, his tail dragging behind him. His footsteps were slow, light. He was in wolf form, but enjoyed being human more. When he was a human, he could truly use his ability. And he could take pills to bring his pain down when an attack began. Pills would kill a wolf, if one should take a pill. Shifting, he was now walking on two legs, as the last of the wolfish features dissapeared. He was able to access so much more now. Phisics, Metaphysics, Religion, everything was so clear to him. He smirked and walked forward.
Behind him, in wolf form, followed Leon. As a wolf, he was still larger than most of this species, and stronger. But, like Rourke, only as a human could he access his true strength. Unlike Rourke, he enjoyed his wolf form. It made him feel smarter, faster. He trotted behind his brother, tongue hanging out of his mouth.
Leandra grabbed her sketch book and sat on her porch overlooking the forest she just left. She sketched her old pack looking out at her.
She looked at her sketch and threw it on the ground. She changed again and ran into the forest.
She ran to the huge hole in the huge oak tree's roots where her small pack use to sleep. She curled up and watched the shadows.
Leandra heard Rosaline and chuckled.
Leandra closed her eyes then opened them. She looked around.
Leandra looked in the direction that she could hear Jay and Rosaline. She sighed and realised she really wanted to belong somewhere.
She changed and climbed onto the lowest branch of the tree. She sat and looked at the sky.
She swung her legs back and forth humming an old song she heard when she was younger.

He stopped suddenly when he heard a wolf not so far away. Lifting his muzzle to the sky, he howled, then waited for a reply.
