Being a Muslim, even if I am a Pakistani, I have an Arabic name.. BECAUSE Muslims have Arabic names..they can't have Christian names and everything

That was filmed in Martha's Vineyard, which is an island off of Cape Cod. The town in it is a lot like most Cape towns.
