Its a story about a girl named Tilly Spellings. She feels like she's drowning, smothered by everyone else in her life. She wants to break out of her skin, but there's nothing she can do. She has a mother addicted to online gambling and a father who works two dead end jobs to support them. So she starts a blog. At first, she's just another girl who's discovered the wonders of the internet. Yet slowly but surely, people start to listen. Please read and comment. Thanks! :]

I think you have the beginnings of a really good young adult book. Tilly talks just like a teenager. I am looking forward to her relating to someone that she does things with so that there is some movement in the book. If she can't relate to her peers, maybe an English teacher or school librarian can recognize her writing skills from the blog. You have a really great beginning, but if it doesn't move away from 100% self-pity after a few more blog entries, it will get tedious. You probably have that planned out already and what I've said is probably superfluous. I really like the beginning. I'm looking forward to reading the rest.
