Happy holidays everyone! I hope you have a great time filling up on sweets and enjoying the time with your families. I for one am ready to watch my kids unwrap all the boxes under the tree. What's your favorite tradition for the holiday you celebrate? We celebrate Yule/Christmas and love having our family come together for a big meal. Also, for those of you watching your figure for the holidays, what's your trick to curbing the desire to fill up on all the goodies?

Angela Verdenius (angelacatlover) Umm - who watches their curves on holidays? ROTFL!

I'm actually working in Palliative Care Christmas morning, 0600 - 1100. Then home to have lunch with Mum. My brother and his family are coming from Perth late Christmas evening, so we'll get to spend a few hours together on Boxing Day morning before I have to go in for work again (GP After Hours 1230 - 1730), so at least I get to see them all again for the evening meal!

I love just being quiet, contemplating the meaning of Christmas for me and mine, greeting family, and just the whole Reason for the Season!

I actually got Christmas off! It's so quiet at work that I don't have to go in Christmas Day (unless the wheels fall off and something happens, then it's all systems go). So home for Christmas!!!
