I've recently read Bird by Bird: Some Instructions on Writing and Life, by Anne Lamott
It's a nice book about the author's experience as a writer, having a father who was a writer and growing up surrounded by the culture of writing. She also teaches writing classes. The book is filled with practical advise about how to approach writing as a profession.
Even if the author's approach to writing is very different from my own, I have found some nice ideas that are worth exploring.

For those like me looking for a nice book on writing, I'd highly recommend one of the audiobooks from The Great Courses.
I have recently read
by James Scott Bell, released only a year ago, in March 2019, and I have found both the author and the course very refreshing and filled with a lot of very good advice for the aspiring novelist.
I'm actually considering one of the tips in the course regarding setting a daily or weekly writing quota. Looking forward to see how that goes.
I'd also be interested in any other modern writing courses you folks in the group may recommend; continuous learning on writing is another valuable tip I'm following from the course above :).

I find it challenging to write different literary styles. I think it's easier for people to write things that they are comfortable reading. For example, if you usually read non-fiction, you could choose a non-fiction as your first written piece of work. I personally wrote non-fiction, from an objective standpoint.
But it is a great challenge to write something different, something more personal, subjective. Writing fiction requires a different approach, a different writing mindset.
I believe it's about being able to change, to describe the same events but in a different way. It is a good exercise to train the mind to make a shift in order to broaden the writing experience.

Epoca îndreptățirii by Andrei Cristian
I just published my new book and writing it has been an incredible journey, full of great concrete results and personal satisfaction.
I have discovered that writing takes commitment, following a process and openness to change. The book turned out to be slightly different than what I initially expected.
Many things have changed in my writing process, I have discovered many perspectives that could be taken into consideration such as structure, different view points, design and book promotion.
I would much appreciate your reviews.
The ebook is available here.

Also, it helps me explore my mind, challenging it to express my thoughts in a way that could be relatable to potential readers. In the end, the books we write are testaments of the views we have about the world, and they will live forever through our books. How is writing for you?
